About a year ago my GC was approved while I was on my way back from Europe. When I traveled I used my AP/ EAD card and had no issues coming back to the USA. I was stopped for a secondary inspection, asked if I was still married and was told I could be on my way to get my last flight.

I'm planning to travel back to Europe to visit my family in a few weeks and I was wondering what I'm supposed to say about the small piece of paper attached to my passport since I was paroled back in the USA. Are they going to take it? Will they want to see my expired AP card? I figured it'd be safe to travel with my GC alone, but you never know. I was wondering if anyone had any kind of issues or did the same thing I am planning to do.
