You can apply certainly.

Why would you not disclose the purpose of your trip?

You would need to show very strong ties to home as you have a young child in the US (which would be a strong reason to overstay your visitor visa).

Your chances are probably low, but you will not know for sure until you apply and have the interview.

You may need a copy of the birth certificate showing your name as the farther as anyone can claim a child to be theirs. Happens alot in Ghana.

You will need to show strong ties to morocco in order for a visa to be issued. Otherwise your child will have to come to Morocco to visit you.

Would be much easier for your kid to come visit you than you going through the channels for a torist visa

But if you lie then they can get you with a lifetime ban for misrepresentation.

Are you not with the mother anymore?

If you are with her then why can't she come see you, marry you and then sponsor you.

Are you paying child support?

If you don't apply for the visa, you definitely won't get one. If you do apply, you might get one.

Be 100% truthful as to your purpose of your visit.

no

I seem to remember people in the past have had issues with this, certainly if you were a US Citizen it would be a cause for losing your Passport.
