Yes I received an RFIE about 2 weeks ago, they usually come pretty quickly after the bio appointment so if it's been a while since yours you might be ok and not have one.

Today received emails that they approved both EAD and AP so very lucky that the RFIE didn't slow down my progress by too much as I responded pretty quickly to what they requested.

Dont worry you will get a flurry of activity soon!

Ps it helps if you update your timeline so people can give you an indication if there might be potential issues.

Hi again

My timeline is at the bottom of each of my posts. Should be visible.

In case you are unaware of how to make yours visible, hi to the top right of the screen and next to your name there is an arrow, press it and go to my settings. On then next screen to the very left are a series of tabs, select the signature tab.

You can type or cut and paste your timeline into the box provided, save changes and hey presto it will appear under all your posts. You can go back via the route above and edit it as you progress through the process.

Nice to see posts from fellow st.louis people.

Yes, it is nice to see someone else that has to go to the same office.

I am having difficulty finding someone to work for me. I just wish I didn't have to drive 3 hours for his appointment.

I'm starting to get nervous! We got electronic NOA on May 7 (checks cashed on May 6 and receipt date on the USCIS website is April 29), but we still haven't received hard copy receipts or biometrics! I see that some people with similar filing dates here are getting biometrics for May 24-27..

What if our letters get lost by USPS or whatever and I'll miss my biometrics or something like that?

AOS

04/29/2016 - priority date

05/31/2016 - biometrics appointment

08/04/2016 - EAD in hand

02/08/2017 - Interview - Case held for review - Later same day status update "Card is being produced"

02/16/2017 - GC in hand!

ROC

12/17/2018 - biometrics appt

02/01/2019 - I551 stamp (no NOA1 received)

It took about a month between my NOA1 and my biometrics appointment. I wouldn't worry just yet.

On another note I still can't access my case on the USCIS website using receipt number. Anyone else having that problem?
