7 Days after my package was received and signed for my the chicago office. But no NOA, no TEXT .Cheques yet to be cashed.

Can someone tell me whats going on. I dont know if its too early .

Its been exactly 2 weeks since my packet was delivered to the Chicago Lockbox, and they quite literally just cashed my check :) although i have not yet yet received any email confirmation of receipt. give it a few more days i;m sure they'll get to yours soon.

Also, I have seen other applicants received their NOA after 2 weeks. You shouldn't worry too much. Good luck! :goofy:

Biometrics letter received today. Notice date Apr 23rd. Appt scheduled for 5/13. Going to try and walk in early the day before. For walk-ins do you recommend 1st thing in the morning?

just FYI, wife did a walk in today at the Columbus office and completed her biometrics (scheduled for 5/13)

4/19/2016 bank confimed that cashier's checks were cashed

4/22/2016 received hard copy NOAs for I-765, I-130, I-485 ***Priority date 4/13/16***

4/30/2016 received biometrics notice, scheduled for 5/13/2016

5/05/2016 Walk in Biometrics done, Columbus, OH

6/22/2016 Online service request submitted for EAD

6/30/2016 Interview scheduled for 08/04/2016

07/20/2016 EAD card being produced

07/27/2016 EAD received

08/04/2016 Interview completed, APPROVED

08/13/2016 GC delivered

5/5/2016 - sent docs to Chicago, AGAIN (i-485, i-130, i-765, i-864) [Day 0] 5/16/2016 - NOA [Day 11]

5/6/2016 - delivered and signed up for by R Mercado [Day 1] 7/20/2016 - called to submit a service request for my EAD. [Day 76]
5/12/2016 - checks cashed [Day 7] 7/28/2016 - case numbers for i-130 and i-765 started working to say case was received on May 6 [Day 84]

5/16/2016 - got 3 NOAs in the mail, dated May 12, priority date is 7/29/2016 - case status of I-765 is "New Card Is Being Produced", later in the evening - "Case Was Approved" [Day 85]

May 6 (haven't received any emails or texts) [Day 11] 8/1/2016 - received answer for the service request "your case is under review" [Day 89]

6/10/2016 - got biometrics letter in the mail, notice date is June 4, 2016, which 8/1/2016 - received answer for the service request "your case is under review" [Day 89]

is day 30 from when they picked up the package [Day 36] 8/2/2016 - case status of I-765 is "The Card was Mailed to you" [Day 90]

6/21/2016 - Biometrics walk-in in Philadelphia [Day 47] 8/4/2016 - received I-797 Notice of Action for approved I-765 [Day 92]

6/22/2016 - Scheduled Biometrics Appointment [Day 48] 8/5/2016 - EAD in mail [Day 93]

6/30/2016 - online case status started working "case is ready to be scheduled

for the interview" [Day 56]

8/9/2016 - Interview is Scheduled [Day 97]

Congrats, that's actually progress on their part, my check was cashed on the 4th of May (2 weeks after the package was delivered to their facility) and i received the electronic notification on the 5th. I would give it a day or two :)

I'm super jumpy, because my current EAD expires on June 1 and every day counts in terms of when I get the renewed one :/

But yes, at least as checks are cashed that means they started processing somewhat...

so, the NOA is received, biometrics is done... Now what is going to happen? EAD? Interview?

When do you think our cases will be updated again?

July 2009: Met in Italy, during a conference.

January 2010: I came to Chicago to study abroad for a quarter.

June 2010: I went back to Turkey: time for some long distance relationship!

September 2011: Came back to Chicago to start my graduate degree!

March 2012: We moved in together.

fast forward, October 17th, 2015: We got married at our backyard, with a beautiful ceremony.

January-February 2016: We were both in Turkey together!

April 1st, 2016: Sent in the package: I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131

April 4th, 2016: Package received, signed by CHYBA.

April 10th, 2016 (Day 6): NOA1 received

April 11th, 2016 (Day 7): Checks cashed

April 12th, 2016 (Day 8): NOA1 Hard copies received

May 2nd, 2016 (Day 29) Biometrics Appointment received, biometrics scheduled for may 12th.

May 3rd, 2016 (Day 30): Walk-in biometrics successfully completed

June 7th, 2016 (Day 64): Expedite Requested on EAD

June 9th, 2016 (Day 66): Proof of job offer sent to uscis via fax

June 14th, 2016 (Day 71): Expedite Request was assigned to an officer for response

June 16th, 2016 (Day 73): EAD status changed to "New Card in Production" and AP changed to "Approved"!

June 20th, 2016 (Day 77): EAD status changed to "Your card was mailed to you"

June 23rd, 2016 (Day 80): EAD/AP Combo Card Arrived!

Yay, got the text and email notifications today, although they only came to my husband, none for me (we filed I-130, I-485, I-765, both check were cashed). Is that normal?

Think it goes to the person the firms relate to, can't quite remember. Certainly texts and emails will only go to the person who's details are in the G-1145.

We had separate G1145s filled out for I130 and I485 but I guess they would just contact him (USC) on all of the petitions as he got texts for I-130, I-485 and I-765
