Hey, don't lose hope yet. I filed in the first week of Apr, 2016 from St.Paul, MN and since May 23, 2016 my status has been "Ready to Schedule Interview". I am yet to receive any interview notice.

AOS from F-1

ROC

2 yr GreenCard expires: 03/24/2019

 

12/27/18 i-751 ROC mailed

12/31/18 USCIS received package (# starts with LIN)

01/30/19 18 month extensions received. Did not get any email/text even though I signed up for it

06/25/19 Biometrics completed in St.Paul MN

10/21/19 RFE received. Insufficient evidence.

10/24/19 RFE response delivered (per USPS).

Now I see you are filing K-1 we are all filing AOS. (adjustment of status) that is probably why your process is moving different than ours.

2021/06/04 i130 filed online, routed to Nebraska

2021/09/03 RFE received, responded within a day
2021/11/19 Both i130 approved.

Currently waiting for cases to be transferred to NVC

I'm going in for infopass in 2 wks time. Now Im worried whether I should extend my EAD?

we are definitely renewing EAD end of month or beginning of Feb. What's there to lose, right? I went for info pass in manhattan on January 5, to be told nothing. I have been to congressman as well. They were quick to contact uscis but were just told that I am within normal processing time.

We filed in April, got approved for our EAD/AP in December and had our interview TODAY! And got approved on the spot! Hang in there guys! It was a grueling process for us but we got it done.

You will get an interview date soon. I got mine for February 1.

AOS Journey

4/16/16 - AOS, EAD and AP package sent

4/18/16 - Package delivered at Chicago Lockbox

4/26/16 - 4 text messages and emails received with receipt numbers

4/29/16 - 4 NOA hard copies received

5/14/16 - Biometrics appointment letter received for May 26, 2016

5/16/16 - Early walk-in biometrics

5/30/16 - Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview

7/12/16 - AP & EAD Approved.

Hello, my field office is also St Paul and my filling date is April 12. My status is still pending review and it's frustrating but all we can do is wait.

Our interview is tomorrow :o. I am a bit nervous (even though we got nothing to worry about our case). I hope all goes well. I will post our experience in detail to help others.
