6/2005 we met in Brazil, I returned to US we stayed in contact.

9/2005 returned to Brazil asked her to marry me. :dancing:

11/2005 moved to Brazil and got married.

6/2006 daughter born in Brazil.

11/2006 took wife and daughter to meet my family in US.

10/2012 vacationed in the US 3 months

3/2014 2nd daughter born in Brazil.

11/2015 visited US again

12/2015 decided to start AOS.

4/4/2016 mailed AOS package

4/6/2016 AOS package received.

4/19/2016 received text AOs received and checks cashed

4/23/2016 received hard copy I-797c for I-485 and I-130

4/29/2016 received biometrics notice, scheduled for 5/10/2016

5/10/2016 Biometrics done, Nashville Tn.

5/20/2016 Received RFIE on I-485

5/31/2016 mailed response for RFIE

6/6/2016 NBC office received response to RFIE

6/13/2016 received notice that case is ready to schedule for interview.

6/22/2016 received notice for interview set for 7/25/2016

6/25/2016 received hard copy in mail for interview

7/25/2016 interview AOS approved.

7/28/2016 received I-797 for AOS approval

Excited that our case is ready to be scheduled for an interview as from June 2!

Still can't access the receipt numbers for EAD and AP on the website, however...

Did you just get a letter from them stating that your case was ready to be scheduled for interview?

4/8/2016 mailed AOS package (lawyer)

4/19/2016 bank confimed that cashier's checks were cashed

4/22/2016 received hard copy NOAs for I-765, I-130, I-485 ***Priority date 4/13/16***

4/30/2016 received biometrics notice, scheduled for 5/13/2016

5/05/2016 Walk in Biometrics done, Columbus, OH

6/22/2016 Online service request submitted for EAD

6/30/2016 Interview scheduled for 08/04/2016

07/20/2016 EAD card being produced

07/27/2016 EAD received

08/04/2016 Interview completed, APPROVED

08/13/2016 GC delivered

***able to check I-485 receipt number as of 6/30/2016, I-765 receipt number as of 7/20/2016, I-130 as of 07/28/2016**

I don't think you get a letter in the mail when your case is ready to be scheduled for an interview. Your case number just gets updated on the USCIS website. Mine was updated on the 1st stating it was really to be scheduled for an interview.

seems its slow down here in atl .. cuz every other person is recieving an update..

My AOS Timeline (From B1/B2):



2016-4-01: AOS Package mailed to USCIS (I-485, I-130, I-765)


2016-4-11 : Package received; NOA date


​2016-4-29: Received biometric appointment letter; appointment set on May 9th


2016-5-02: Completed biometric appointment as scheduled ( early Walk-in )


2016-6-20: Called USCIS customer service and make a service Request on the 75th Day for I-765


2016-6-23: I-765 status changed to "your new card is being produced;


2016-6-28: I-765 status changed to "card was mailed"


2016-7-01: I-765 status changed to "card was delivered to me by the post office"


2016-7-20: I-485 Status Changed to Test and Interview

I called USCIS phone number today and asked about my status not being recognized. The representative escalated the matter to another representative who submitted request to the service center to upload those. She also told me status orally. (My I131 is approved and letter is on the way). So they do this request for case which have not been updated for more than 45 days.

Is anyone else still unable to check status online?

Yes, I still can't check my status online. Whenever I enter the receipt numbers I get told the system cannot recognize it.

Had my biometrics appointment today at the Phoenix office. Had to walk through some questionable parts of town to get there (I don't drive yet) but once I was there it was over in about 30 minutes.

AOS Filed. Adjusting from F-1 Student via USC wife.

AOS File Sent - April 1st :clock:

AOS File Received - April 4th :clock:

Checks Cashed - April 21st

Email/Text with Case Numbers received - April 22nd

All 4 Physical NOAs received - April 23rd and May 8 (I-131 had to be resubmitted :cry: , Had forgotten to sign :oops: )

Bio-metrics Done- May 24th :thumbs:

I-131 - Approved :unsure::dancing:

I-485 - Ready to be scheduled for interview July 14th

I-765 - Being produced July 14th

********Case Numbers ARE NOW RECOGNIZED by USCIS Website on of July 14th. Request to update was submitted on June 7th through phone*****************

No, I checked my receipt number and it was updated. But just the receipt number for the I-485, not for EAD or AP.

Adjusting status from F-1 (student) following marriage to USC

Entered US for first time: December 2010

Met husband in class: August 2013

Started dating: February 2014

Engaged: 21 May 2015

Married (courthouse): 25 March 2016

Sent AOS packet to Chicago lockbox: 19 April 2016

NOA1 received: 24 April 2016

Biometrics appointment: 24 May 2016

Case ready to be scheduled for an interview: 2 June 2016

Infopass to request AP expedite: 30 June 2016 expedite approved

EAD/AP card in production: 1 July 2016

EAD/AP card received: 11 July 2016

Interview notice received: 17 September 2016

Interview date: 21 October 2016

APPROVED!

Green card received: 28 October 2016

Process took 192 days, no RFEs, from sending the packet to having green card in hand.

I just received I-131 Approval. It says travel document will be sent separately. Has anyone received just I-131 document. I was expecting I-765 and I-131 combo. In my case I had to resubmit just I-131 as had forgotten to sign. Maybe that's why, any thoughts?

I think you should call them and tell that you can't check the status online, cause it's been more than 45 days for you and they should be working now

they told me that I should call if the case numbers don't work online after 45 days

5/5/2016 - sent docs to Chicago, AGAIN (i-485, i-130, i-765, i-864) [Day 0] 5/16/2016 - NOA [Day 11]

5/6/2016 - delivered and signed up for by R Mercado [Day 1] 7/20/2016 - called to submit a service request for my EAD. [Day 76]
5/12/2016 - checks cashed [Day 7] 7/28/2016 - case numbers for i-130 and i-765 started working to say case was received on May 6 [Day 84]

5/16/2016 - got 3 NOAs in the mail, dated May 12, priority date is 7/29/2016 - case status of I-765 is "New Card Is Being Produced", later in the evening - "Case Was Approved" [Day 85]

May 6 (haven't received any emails or texts) [Day 11] 8/1/2016 - received answer for the service request "your case is under review" [Day 89]

6/10/2016 - got biometrics letter in the mail, notice date is June 4, 2016, which 8/1/2016 - received answer for the service request "your case is under review" [Day 89]

is day 30 from when they picked up the package [Day 36] 8/2/2016 - case status of I-765 is "The Card was Mailed to you" [Day 90]

On June 6, 2016, we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSCxxxxxxxxxx. Our National Benefits Center office will begin working on your case again. We will mail you a decision or notify you if we need something from you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
