Can someone please help me with these questions?

1-; my fiancée petition has been approved by USCIS and the case transferred to embassy over seas. I have a child with my fiancée and the children's I-130 has also been approved and waiting for interview that over seas.

Do I need to stop the K2 visa for the kids or th embassy will process the the kids IR1 visa when my fiancée goes for her interview with them.

(N.B. They are minor kids and they are on my fiancée case)

2- should I go to the interview with my fiancée for her k1 visa and stop them from processing the kids as k2 applicant? I spoke to the NVC customer service and they couldn't help me

@AKA A&B... Thank you.

My fiancée k1 visa interview date is available but the IR1 visa interview date is still not ready. And it still says the case is still at NVC when I check on the kids case status.

Speak to the NVC about the case that has not left yet. No one on here can give you the exact information you want to hear. All people can do is report their experiences. Every persons case is different even though they may be applying for the same visa type.

Your going to have to get on the phone to the NVC and embassy.

Sorry

Huh? YOU have a child with your fiancee... it is YOUR child? Were you a USC when the child was born? Then the child is a USC and a USC can NOT get visa, you need to complete CRBA, not an IR visa.

@Hank... I have a child with my fiancee before i became a USC. I filled for I-130 and has been approved and all NVC process for them is completed but waiting for them to appear at the embassy. But my fiancee process came sooner than theirs and now she will be going for an interview.
