Hey everyone. My husband is waiting for approvals on his I-765, I-130, and I-485. When I go to the website to check status, it shows the I-765 and I-130 have been received. He's already been for his biometrics. I am a citizen. When I looked up the receipt number for his I-485, it shows a message stating that there is no record of the receipt?? This doesn't sound good. I'll have to wait til next week to call our immigration attorney.

Is this a glitch? Is this an error? I'm starting to freak out a little and haven't told him, yet. Just needing some reassurance, I guess!

Thanks!

He was here on a visitor's visa and overstayed. In the meantime, we ended up getting married and filing for green card. I have the NOA with the receipt number on it for all 3 items, but when I go to the myUSCIS site, I get no record found for the I-485. The other two show up.

Sounds like a glitch. The paper NOA's are generated via a computer, so if you have that, you should be in the system. You could try to call them (sounds like a tier-2 problem though), personally I wouldn't worry about it to much at this point.

The USCIS website is unreliable. Don't worry at all. This is a common issue and will not impact your case at all. Just computer silliness.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!
