Question on DS 260 address

My mom went to different countries for work 20 years ago,she worked in Taiwan for 4 years ,Greece for 2 years and hong Kong for 2 years,she used her maiden name that time,my question is should I still write it in the part of present and previous address information? What are the requirements they need from these countries just in case? Thank u for a response in advance...

I would assume they will require police clearances from the said countries.

Any country that she lived in for 12 months or more after the age of 16 requires a police certificate. Yes you should write ALL of her addresses no matter what name she lived there under since age 16.
