Hi all, I just talked to immigration officer and she told me that processing times for i751 case is 9-12 months so hang in there there is really nothing can can help us. And if 12 months pass you just gotta go get stamp...

Yeah, right there with you. I'm not expecting anything for months more and haven't bothered checking case status once. As the time comes closer you can use the number from the biometrics appt letter on the USCIS My Case Status page.

I see a few April filers from the VCS fretting and putting in inquiries etc but it's really a waste of time. I mean there are filers from 12/2015 who haven't had their cases decided yet. It's going to be a long wait and I've come to realize that. I used to check the status of my case everyday after I did biometrics but then I found VJ and got schooled. VSC sucks...

As an April 26 filer (NOA date) I'm really not expecting anything till February 2017 for the earliest but something tells me April 26 2017 will come and go and I still would not have heard anything. At this point, I'm looking beyond removal of conditions. I'll be filing for citizenship at the start of the 90 day period (03/10/2017) of my 3 anniversary as a LPR.

Yes, you can actually do that - https://www.uscis.gov/policymanual/HTML/PolicyManual-Volume12-PartG-Chapter5.html

What should I do now? Is there anything that I can do at this point? My NOA1 is 4/11. It's been too long

Yup! In total agreement. I actually logged onto VJ today to look up info on citizenship. I have a feeling it will be time to file that before we hear anything about ROC. Getting citizenship packet together soon so we can send it off exactly 90 days prior (for us in April).

I'm still waiting but would like to update that I received an email from USCIS.

I also got this message shortly after my online status request - hang in there, if nothing else they will at least pick up your case file and dust it off as you go through adjudication.

Now can rest just for four months until I start the Naturalization process in April.

Ok guys, we filed a case inquiry on Nov 18 and should expect a response by Dec 10. We just got a response today saying :

Your petition is still Pending Consideration. We regret that we are not able to give you a timeframe for when we will complete the review of your petition.

I'm confuse on what they mean pending consideration? Hopefully some of you guys can shed some light on this statement..

More waiting, waiting, waiting.... :clock::clock::clock:
