I just checked March 2016 filers and for the CSC is now 25% completed. They are tracking at just over a 6 months wait.

Hoping for those people who filed at CSC in April 2016 we should see some movement in a month or so. Not much longer to wait. I know one lucky filer in April was already approved but that would seem to be a fluke.

Not fun for the VSC filers the wait goes on - Sorry

Hey all, just thought I'd describe our recent international travel experience with my husband's green card extension letter. We weren't sure how it would go, whether we'd have to explain to the agent or if he'd know the process/situation already, and we were a little nervous about getting hassled.

But, good news! It could not have been easier. By Logan Airport standards it was particularly stunning to have such a streamlined experience. We couldn't check in for the return flight online because of the documentation problem, so we saw an agent at the airport (Keflavik, Iceland). She didn't seen familiar with the letter situation but took it in stride once she figured out what was going on. After landing we had to skip through the automated machines that take your photo and prints and again went right to an agent. He knew exactly what our situation was and was totally unfazed - he even talked about how bad the machines are and how he can do the job much more quickly. He sent us right through with no questioning whatsoever, and that was that! Major relief for us and very reassuring for future travel while we wait on the new card.

TL;DR happy traveling to my fellow filers, especially those of us abandoned in the VSC wasteland.

Yes, I'm thinking 12 months is going to be the wait for us VSC people! :( I looked at the September 2015 Filers thread and it seems that almost all of them have been approved. Oh, well... only 6-7 months to go for us! Maybe 1 month for you CSC people!

Six months to the day tomorrow - 4/4 since I filed. Just checked my online status (no change) - really hoping that in the next two weeks I will hear something.

Sorry for the delayed in reply. As mentioned by kikat, I am from India.

Did you guys filed for i751 after getting final divorce? I consulted and hired immigration attorney before proceeding further in my case and he strongly advised me to get rid off divorce process ASAP(approved divorce by judge with mutual consent in Dec'15) to avoid unnecessary issues before filing for i751 in April/May'16.
