I still have "Case Received". Nothing has changed either before or after biometrics.

Looks like we are mostly done with biometric.

Does everybody still see "Case status received"? Probably it will be up untill another letter comes.

April 14: Real checklist for AOS (saying tax number was incorrect when it wasn't)
April 30: Another AOS checklist, for proof of employment (which was already sent)
May 1: Checklist for IV- certified marriage certificate (even though I sent a certified one originally)
July 1: INTERVIEW!!! - APPROVED!
July 16: POE through Miami
July 22: SSN card in the mail
August 30, 2014: Green card arrives in the mail!!!
 
ROC: 366 days
April 27, 2016: Sent 300 page ROC packet to VSC via overnight mail
May 16: Check shown as charged online, received NOA 1 dated April 29
June 20, 2016- Biometrics
April 28, 2017: Approval

I did my biometrics on April 29th - Still nothing yet... I have another friend who also did his biometric in Mid march - he is still waiting for interview date

Honestly, you probably shouldn't expect anything else to happen until next year. CSC is processing October '15 and VSC is processing June '15. We all have a long wait ahead.

When should we expect to receive any RFEs? Around October?

Sure wish we had some transparency as to what goes on behind the scenes. I would assume, if they sent the fingerprints off to the FBI as soon as they were taken (yeah, right), that it might take two months for those reports to get back. And then, they'd be stacked on someone's desk until they got to them.

Now, this only accounts for about 3 or 3.5 months of the 11 months that Vermont is currently taking (1.5 months to biometrics, then 2 months for the FBI). It would be nice if someone had the "Adjudicator's Manual" or something so we could understand the process....

I would think September would be the earliest any of us would see an RFE. Anyone else got a theory?
