Hi Sukie,

Thanks for your great answers on here. I have one more question. I'm afraid that my fingerprints can get rejected. 8 fingers were readible and the officer told me it is up to FBI to determine. Can I call FBI to find out whether or not my fingerprints are fine. Any sugggestions?

I sure wish I could answer your question - but I have no idea of the inner workings of the FBI. I would not think you could call them. My only suggestion is to cross your fingers that the FBI will accept your prints. I think if it were an index finger or maybe a middle finger or thumb that was unreadable that would be a bigger issue than a pinkie finger!

I'm actually a little worried about fingerprints myself - not for me - but for my spouse. She injured her index finger very badly about 4 weeks ago - almost ripping the skin back to the bone on her middle knuckle. Took 10 stitches to close the wound. I know when I've been fingerprinted the officer has been rather rough. I'm just hoping that J can explain that the officer needs to be gentle with her!

Hi all, we finally got our NOA 2 weeks ago. There was a problem with the check so it was sent back to us. Anyway, I updated the google doc. Our NOA 1 was dated 5/16/2016. We haven't received our biometrics yet. :)

Yes, hopefully they don't slow down. BTW, when does your GC expire? Did you get a notice from CA DMV by now about the limited term license?

Oh, no! I'm having mine done in Boston on Monday - also at 11! I'll keep that in mind. That sucks. When I first went there 2 years ago it was fine, I think.

Does anybody know which month's filers have finally gotten an interview/10-year GC? Just trying to estimate how long it will be for me!

Good luck! Hope it's quick and easy for you. My husband's appointment in Boston took about an hour start to finish, and he was just impressed that the USCIS employees weren't rude for once

Hey! Had my appointment today. My husband and I were so nervous - we drove to Braintree to take the subway in to Boston but the parking lot was full so we had to drive to Quincy and go from that one! I read online that they don't really care if you're late so I wasn't as nervous as my husband was but as time went by and it had gone 11 I was anxious lol the trains in Boston are horrible! Always a delay happening or some other issue. I think maybe the immigration centers cut us some slack knowing how bad transport is. We arrived at like 11:15 and there was a long line, anyway. I got to the guard at 11:30 and she was sweet. The other employees weren't rude to me but they seemed to have an arrogance about them. I think I actually got called in at maybe 12:40.

Had our bio appointment- guess I enjoy living in a smaller area with less visa being processed. My appointment was at 11:00 A.M and I arrived at 10:45, went in right away. Out by 11:02!

I have gone to the bio appointment by myself the last two times. I am more worried about an interview since we were waived in the AOS.
