MyHeartWillGoON bring your american ID card or driving licence, it should have your married information and as long as it matches with your Letter then you should be fine. If you bring your passport with maiden name and marriage certificate they might make you talk to immigration officer and they will tell you what to do. But why complicated, if you havent changed name and still have married name just bring your ID. They did not even want to see my Polish passport, just ID and divorce papers. You must have american ID after 2 years, what's wrong?

I just wanted to ask, I don't have an appointment yet for my biometrics, but for proof of identification, is it okay if I bring my passport with my maiden name still inside AND my marriage certificate? I did this for my biometrics when I was adjusting my status right after I got married, but just wanted to check if it is still okay if my passport doesn't have my married name inside yet. Would they want to see another form of ID?

:o Isn't the Green Card itself a valid form of ID? Because I don't have a driver's license yet (long story) and my Green Card is pretty much the only ID I have, so if it's not, I would like to know so I can get moving and get one.

Green Card is definitely a valid form of ID. I showed mine at my Biometrics and all was fine.

If you truly live in Alabama, it would behoove you to go to the DMV and get a non-driving picture State ID. Alabama is really wonky about immigrants - my spouse carries her passport at all times when we visit my parents in Birmingham (where I grew up).

Yes, your Green Card is good - but sometimes Alabama businesses and even police want to see that you have a LOCAL ID. Not necessary for USCIS, but better for you in the long run.

On a separate note, I see there's a VSC tab added to the spreadsheet. Is the main tab still being updated for Vermont filers? If not, I'll cross check the entries between the two lists and then move the formulas over to the dedicated VSC tab so that page one is CSC alone.

Now that I see there are standalone CSC and VSC tabs and a separate Combined tab, the entries are not exactly matching. I do not know enough about Google docs to fix the problem. Can you please take a look?

I wonder how close Biometrics will be. From what I see on the spreadsheet, ours included, those with NOA1 dates after the 15th haven't been received yet and appointments are being scheduled around the first week of June. A 7-10 day lead time doesn't seem too advance of a notice (obviously everyone will make every effort to make the appointment).

I will keep everyone posted as to when we receive our notice.
