Hi! The checks are still processing and I came to my mail box and my NOA1 Was there!!

Package delivered 04/26/2016

Checks cashed 05/16/2016

NOA1 received 05/16/2016 ( printed date is 04/27/2016)

I'm glad things are still processing! Package was delivered 04/27/2016 and haven't heard anything since. I saw on other websites people saying that got almost immediate notice and had their checks cashed within a week. I decided to check VJ just to see what other people were saying, and I'm glad I did!

My wife's green card is either already expired (we mailed I-751 before expiration) or about to expire and we are FREAKING OUT.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the wheels of progress finally start turning for us really soon!

02/01/2013 - Notified via e-mail that the petition had been accepted

02/05/2013 - Notified the alien registration number has been changed

07/01/2013 - USCIS website page for my case updated - K1 Petition Approved, NOA2 mailed

07/15/2013 - Visa paperwork arrived at NVC

07/23/2013 - Visa paperwork arrived at U.S. Embassy in Tokyo - Packet 3 mailed

08/12/2013 - Interview at U.S. Embassy scheduled for 9:00 a.m. - APPROVED!!!!
08/29/2013 - Flight booked for U.S.

10/05/2013 - Wedding date planned

I have a question... I just bought my house and I'm about to move ( next week) I would like to know if I move this doesn't affect the process to remove my GC conditions? I mean it won't delay more the Process? Or it is just fill out the AR-11 form, call them to update the application address and I should be good?

Assuming both of you are moving, the sponsor needs to submit I865 (within 30 days) and the applicant needs to submit AR-11 forms (within 10 days of moving).

Received our NOA in yesterday's mail -- 20 days in total since they received our package, on the morning of April 28!

Only as of today the bank has updated that our check cleared yesterday, as well.

Now we wait for biometrics...

Married in the US in April of 2014

Filed for AOS from H-1B early May 2014

Interviewed in mid-July

Received our conditional green card postmarked July 23, 2014

we just got the NOA1 date May 02, 2016..we send ours on April 29 so i guess the receiving date and NOA date are the same.it just takes a while for them to send back the NOA ... <_<

Our bank shown check was cashed today (05/17/2016) and went to mail box didnt have NOA yet, wondering how longit takes to receive that letter.

Since they touched your file I would guess your NOA letter should be arriving in a day or two.
