Good morning! My check cleared as well - we mailed on April 21!

What happens after receiving NOA1? When should I contact my employers about the changes?

Also, our driver's license will need to be extended too right?

I sent a single check for $590.00. Maybe you should do the same this time as Sukie mentioned.

That's what I'll do. I will resend packet tomorrow. Does anyone know if I can resend the same form? Or should I send another one? The first page was stamped "Received 4/13/16". I called USCIS and rep doesn't seem to know. She kept on asking what the instruction says. The only instruction was to send copy of this notice when submitting another application based on this decision.

Dear Waiting - I know you asked this question in a separate entry - but I'll answer you here. I'd just send the whole packet back as is - with a new check. If you want - put a post-it note that says "Resubmission with new check" on it.

I know someone else suggested that you send a new page - but with their stamp on it - they'll see that it was submitted already.

Best of luck!!!

I had a similar situation, what I did is photocopied all package again, with USCIS stamp on it, including the check and original shipping envelop. I typed another letter stating the resubmition, with a copy of the letter they sent me, a new check, and a photocopy of the first check, and resent stamped package. That was Monday this week, I am waiting on them to cash my check now.

I was thinking of doing the same thing. I already made my cover letter. Did you submit new form? What about the date below your signature? Did you change that too?

I really appreciate it. I don't want to make another mistake.
