Have you received anything yet? The reason I ask is your dates are close to mine except you aren't supposed to file until 90days before GC expires. For instance, my wife's is 7/30/14 so we can't file until 5/1/16. It said your GC arrived 9/18/2014, estimating 9/5/2014 was your interview for GC. You wouldn't be able to apply for I-751 until 6/5/2016 or so. Do you have a different date that you got your GC or something?

Watdog - it is not the date GF1804 received the Green Card in the mail - it's the date of POE, which for GF1804 was July 1, 2014. So GF1804's dates are OK.

I-751 is for removal of conditions. It goes off the 2 year conditional green card anniversary. Why would it go off the Poe date? Everywhere I read and the calculator on the site says date of gc. Let me know as I would be able to apply now.

Those who filed for a spousal visa and entered before the 2 year wedding anniversary their green card date is the same as poe and they have to remove conditions from 90 days before their Poe anniversary.

For those who came on a fiancé visa like us our green card date is the date we are approved for the adjustment of status and we have to remove conditions from 90 days before our adjustment of status anniversary.
