thank you for your reply SUKIe, honestly we don't have drivers license both same address coz I didn't drive, we don't have any utility bills even mobile bills with both of our names, only my USC husband on our bills. we don't own house or anything my husband renting a house before we meet and get married. we don't have plane tickets on our vacation last year because we just drive a car together with husband family. that's why I'm a little bet worried to send my package. anyway, we have bank statement copy since 2014,2015 and this year. so worried of this

Honeypie, ask your husband about his renter's insurance (if he has it). If he has renter's insurance, then you NEED to be added to the policy. It won't cost anything - but your name needs to be on it. Do you understand why? If something happens (say there is a fire) and he is killed, then you will not be able to file a claim on the insurance. Only the people named on the policy can file a claim. So it's important that your name appear if something happens to him, and then something happens to your belongings in the house.

If he doesn't have renter's insurance, then I would suggest that you both talk about a policy. Can you imagine what it would be like if your apartment burned down and you had no insurance to start over?

You can be a little worried, but they are not going to deny your ROC - if they think you don't have enough evidence, then you both will go through the interview process. Most people who have been together for 3 years can pass an interview!

Just take a deep breath and keep hope! Oh, and in your cover letter, explain that your husband rented your house prior to your marriage, and therefore you are not yet on the lease or on the utility bills. (But when you renew the lease, be sure your name gets on that lease!).

Thanks! I was just going to fix mine, because I noticed that I didn't have it in the right spot.

The California center received mine on April 6 and I still haven't gotten a reply. I think it can just take time. I don't really expect any government service to be all that consistent or prompt.

Just a quick question please,

Do we really have to send copies of our joint CC/Debit Cards statements from every month since the marriage's inception? Or previous 4 months would be enough?

Tia! We will be sending our packet today to CSC and we only included the 4 months previous statements. Do you think that would be enough?

Since marriage's inception. 4 months isn't enough.

If you only send 4 months you'll likely get an RFE asking for more.
