As per the spreadsheet, California is already on April 21st scheduling for biometrics appointment and Vermont is still stuck at April 6th case.

Vermont is the slowest one? :/

I got my NOA1 today, my case is in Vermont and now I'm waiting for my biometrics appointment. Hope they will schedule me before July, I'm going to my country just for a visit for few days.

Magda-Pearl, I don't see you on the spreadsheet. When did you mail your packet, and what is the date on your I-751 Receipt?

I don't remember what was the exact date when I sent my documents. It's April 22d on my I-751 receipt.

That vj member who got ROC approved from Sept 2015 thread is from California, so for the Vermont filers 7 + 3 months :clock:

I wonder how California center is able to process the case much faster than Vermont. Do they have more staff there or less people filing from there? God knows. Biometrics appointment usually doesn't that long but cant say much as its Vermont.

My spouse's green card expires in July 2016. Last year in May, as we came into the US from Australia, the Immigration Officer scared her to death when he commented that he hoped she'd filed her Removal of Conditions, as her Green card was expiring soon! She nearly fainted, but luckily, she was able to inform him that her card wasn't up until 2016. He looked at her card again and apologized for mis-reading the date!

So they do look, and they do remind you!

So glad Vermont has started to process again. I'd like to get the biometrics out of the way....

Same here. After Bio-metrics we wouldn't have to do anything, there wouldn't be any changes in the case status for about 7-8 months unless there is an RFE.

For those who filed with VSC, how many days did it take to get NOA1 in the mail after your checks got cashed?

I think our case was unusual. We got our NOA1 the day after our check was cashed!

I have a question... I just bought my house and I'm about to move ( next week) I would like to know if I move this doesn't affect the process to remove my GC conditions? I mean it won't delay more the Process? Or it is just fill out the AR-11 form, call them to update the application address and I should be good?
