Hi KayDeeCee

A quick question on here if I may jump in on this AOS question

I filed for AOS of K1 Visa recently, my NOA1 was February 12th 2016, biometrics done Jacksonville 3/11/2016, yesterday got I got 2 emails saying I-485 approved and card in production, surely this can't be the Green Card already, I'm quite cynical after being stuck in the Texas backlog last year and The US Embassy in London sending my complete petition and packet 3 to a complete stranger in London which further delayed it. Your thoughts?

Thanks for that, I wasn't expecting it to be so quick, you never know with USCIS do you, there seems no consistency, but I won't complain, happy to get through it all ?

Oh yes and good luck with your AOS, hope it's nice and speedy

That's the green card, congrats. Be advised that things can move pretty quick from here on. I received my card the same day as the approval notice. If you set up email notification, the USPS tracking number will not show up in the email. But if you log in to USCIS website, you can find the number.
