I know there is probably nothing that can be said right now to ease the frustration and anxiety you, Shana1705, and everyone else still waiting for NOA2s (especially you early April fliers) are feeling but just wanted to send some support and encouragement your way. May today bring your approvals.

Thanks it's appreciated! I didn't think it would be so stressful! ? I'm sitting on a knife edge!

I feel the same way as you... I think it is like everyone's worst nightmare to be in our position. I can't believe that they are approving May now and still haven't bothered to give us any news. So many prayers being said for good news soon!

I'm praying so hard for us I really am! Some good news has to come soon ???

This is wildly optimistic on my part, but since the NVC seems to be experiencing massive slow downs right now, MAYBE during the time that we are waiting for our approvals, the NVC will catch up and the wait time will be back down to 2 weeks by the time we are approved instead of 6?! Wishful thinking!!!

It's driving me insane I am gettin so fed up and thinking ours is lost somewhere!! I haven't called but my fiancé tried and all he got was an automated response. I've been tracking cases around mine and there are mine and 2 others still waiting for approval, all the rest have been approved or sent an rfe. It's so disheartening to wake up day after day and still nothing when most others are being approved around 75-80 days, we're on 92 days now I would give my right arm for even an rfe at this moment in time ?

I am truly happy to see so many filers getting their NOA2 but admit it is very discouraging to see my petition sitting there waiting since April 18th, imagining it is on someone's desk while the adjucator is enjoying a month long vacation! ?

Does this POST-DECISION ACTIVITY mean the I-797 NOA2 is actually being mailed to NVC, or does this fall under the (it could take up to 6 weeks) caveat?

We received our NOA2 approval on 07 July, and today we got the POST-DECISION ACTIVITY email. Just seven days from NOA2 to the PDA. Is this quick?

For those who have not received the Post decision Activity email and are curious as to what it says and what its about, it means if your petition was approved (NOA2 application approved) then your petition package is now being mailed to the National Visa Center...

I would like to see the info on an email from someone else here withouth the Post decision activity. I think its just a generic email where they only change the case numbers but the rest is the same.

I believe this Post Decision Activity means they are actually mailing our I-129F packages to NVC, as we all have noticed while waiting our NOA2 to be sent from Texas Lockbox to California Service Center nothing is first come first serve and it appears they do everything by bulk batches especially when it comes to moving our packages from location to location. This is why we all seem to get notices and action near the same time in bulk with no similar processing dates. The "your petition may take up to 2-6 weeks to deliver" cookie cutter response is referring to the time from NOA2 till arrival at NVC, it is an automatic response they give when they see your package has not been delivered yet, I'm willing to bet even if it has been 10 weeks already they will still respond with "your petition may take up to 2-6 weeks to deliver" they are brainwashed to say that no matter what to everyone i think lol

Yes, that's exactly what it means!

I just asked my lawyer since I got that email today as well and she confirmed that it means the case is being sent to the NVC.

But how long is it going to take from there? No clue at all!
