Hi! I believe when you get this email your case is on it's way to NVC. We haven't got that email yet. I believe it's on it's way ;-) Congratulations btw!

AOS 2017: 

2/2/2017: AOS, AED and AP sent to USCIS Chicago via Fedex

2/6/2017: AOS, AED and AP received and signed. 

2/10/2017: Fingerprint fee received

2/14/2017: NOA1 received through text and email

2/14/2017: Cheque was encashed

2/17/2017: NOA1 hard copies received for AOS, AED and AP via mail. 

2/21/2017: Called USCIS to update DOB on AED due to typo error on NOA1 hard copy received.

3/11/2017: DOB updated in AED

3/11/2017: Biometric letter received via mail. 

3/21/2017: Biometric scheduled and DONE in York, PA.

4/26/2017: Called USCIS for service request on AED since Its more than (75 days). Rep provided a reference #.

4/27/2017: (AED)Service request completed

5/3/2017: (AED) Card Is Being Produced 

5/8/2017: Approval notice for both AED and AP received through mail. 

5/8/2017: Card Was Mailed To Me 

5/10/2017: Combo Card (AED & AP) received

6/24/2017: (Greencard) Card is being Produced | NO INTERVIEW

Tonight was finally our night!!!!!! Approved!! The email came at 8:18p (pacific) and the text message came at 8:30p. On to the next step. Any news Chipmunk92 or Shana1705? I hope tonight was your night as well. Congratulations HuyenTruong!

Received my approval last night !!! An excellent way to start the morning when I saw the text, I went to sleep thinking another night no results and the text came in 15 minutes later

Thank you so much!! It certainly does... My fiance is here visiting now but goes home on Sunday so we are really hoping to get the news together before he leaves so we have a general idea of when we will see each other next. Congratulations again!

I read its recommended to do email inquiry and send it to NVC for status update. Anyone here have tried that? Did you guys get any reply from them. Though, will still be calling them around the end of the month since they said its 2-4weeks before we hear from them.

We are hoping to hear from them like first week of August at least. Can't wait to close the distance with my fiance. Cheers to everyone! To those still waiting for their NOA2 hang in there and for those waiting for MCN from NVC hang tight we will make it through. :dancing:

I did email them ang i got an email back from them in 48 hours. they asked to send them NOA2 only IF i was approved 6 weeks ago. my NOA2 date is 07/23 so i just need to wait, i guess.

I see. We did send an email but haven't received any reply from NVC. Although, at 4pm Philippine time I got an email from USCIS about a POST DECISION ACTIVITY that says for approved petitions they have send notification that its sent to NVC. Atleast its a good news that our papers are touched.

My theory is that they started sending this email after NOA2s from June 25th. I haven't seen anyone with an oldest date than that receiving that email. Even people who already got their NVC case numbers. I'm June 21, I think our files should get to NVC this week. =)

we are noa2 on 24th june .. still waiting to hear something too ... hoping its this week too !
