Thanks Kandikandi Houston we finally have a "GO" i repeat we have a "Go" for launch But got the it could take up to 2 weeks to get a case #.... will call bck later tonight about 8pm

LONDONERS. I just booked my visa interview online at the embassy last night for the start of September (this is the earliest they had!) Almost a whole month after my medical appointment. Just letting

Just an update on my case:

Noa2:6/13/16

NVC # assigned: 7/8/16

Left NVC: 7/11/16

Just checked my case status today and it says Ready.

Hang in there guys... :)

OMG I got approval!!!!!!!!

I checked the app when I woke up, but it still said received. Then some updates came, and our case status had changed to approved! We got the email about 10 minutes later. Now we wait for NVC!

OMG I got approval!!!!!!!!

I checked the app when I woke up, but it still said received. Then some updates came, and our case status had changed to approved! We got the email about 10 minutes later. Now we wait for NVC!

Seem like they'r unproductive today, just 2 cases around me got updated compare to 15 cases yesterday.

btw happy for you. where ur from Huyen? am Danangese :D

2016-04-18: USPS tracking shows package as delivered

2016-04-20: NOA1 E-mail received. Routed to CSC for processing.

2016-07-13: NOA2 App Notification. (84 days)

2016-07-19: NOA2 Hard Copy Rec'd

NVC:

2016-07-28: NVC case received

2016-07-29: NVC case #

2016-08-02: NVC left to Embassy (In Transit)

Embassy:

2016-08-04: Case is "READY"

2016-09-07: Medical exam

2016-09-12: Interview (APPROVED)

2016-10-01: JFK POE (Ticket booked)

Tonight was finally our night!!!!!! Approved!! The email came at 8:18p (pacific) and the text message came at 8:30p. On to the next step. Any news Chipmunk92 or Shana1705? I hope tonight was your night as well. Congratulations HuyenTruong!

Heyy! Congrats!! What was your rfe? We had an rfe too we sent the response yesterday I got the rfe on june 16th. How long did it take your rfe to get approved?? Congrats again!!!??

Hi! Well we got the rfe because we forgot to mention the website were me and my fiancé met.. To show it was not a Imb thing.. So we sent the info july 1st it was received on the 6th and got the approval the 12th

Finally, our case just got approved!!!! :thumbs: Thank you Lord for guiding us along the way in this journey.. and thank you co-April filers for being a great group. Praying for other couples that their NOA2 will come out soon as well. As what they say, hang in there... God is good! :)

K1 Timeline

4/22/2016: Sent I-129F packet to RapidVisa Colorado Office

4/22/2016: Rapid Visa sent I-128F packet to USCIS

4/25/2016: I-129F received by USCIS

4/28/2016: I-129F NOA1 sms notice

5/01/2016: I-129F NOA1 hard copy received

7/12/2016: I-129F NOA2: APPROVED thru USCIS website (75 days)

7/19/2016: I-129F NOA2 hardcopy received

Hey guys,

I received an email from USCIS around 4pm Philippine time. Its a Post Decision Activity email from them. So does this mean our application is at least touched and is on its way to NVC? Btw, we got our NOA2 last June 30. I know someone from here got the same I cant see his/her post so I am trying to clarify this and check if you guys got same letter?

AOS 2017: 

2/2/2017: AOS, AED and AP sent to USCIS Chicago via Fedex

2/6/2017: AOS, AED and AP received and signed. 

2/10/2017: Fingerprint fee received

2/14/2017: NOA1 received through text and email

2/14/2017: Cheque was encashed

2/17/2017: NOA1 hard copies received for AOS, AED and AP via mail. 

2/21/2017: Called USCIS to update DOB on AED due to typo error on NOA1 hard copy received.

3/11/2017: DOB updated in AED

3/11/2017: Biometric letter received via mail. 

3/21/2017: Biometric scheduled and DONE in York, PA.

4/26/2017: Called USCIS for service request on AED since Its more than (75 days). Rep provided a reference #.

4/27/2017: (AED)Service request completed

5/3/2017: (AED) Card Is Being Produced 

5/8/2017: Approval notice for both AED and AP received through mail. 

5/8/2017: Card Was Mailed To Me 

5/10/2017: Combo Card (AED & AP) received

6/24/2017: (Greencard) Card is being Produced | NO INTERVIEW

I got the same but through email today around 4pm Philippine time. That means we will have our case number soon right? Will start calling them soon too. :thumbs:

Hi! I believe when you get this email your case is on it's way to NVC. We haven't got that email yet. I believe it's on it's way ;-) Congratulations btw! Edited by OBGYNKENOBI

06/29/2016: NOA2 Case approved!(70 days)

07/02/2016: NOA2 Hard copy

07/22/2016:  NVC Case Assigned

07/25/2016: NVC In Transit

07/27/2016: NVC Case Ready

08/31/2016: NVC Letter

10/05/2016: Approved Medical Exam
