I started calling at day 22. I called Tuesday, last night and tonight.

When I called Tuesday and last night they told me it can take up to 6 weeks and to call back next week but I followed two timelines on here that had similar NOA2 date as me and when I saw their update I decided to call tonight and Thank God I did...

NOA2 APPROVED!! I have all apple apps and they all started going off as i stepped in the door while talking to Thin. The very last nice I received..... the text from USCIS. LOL! We are very happy and elated. I honestly expected an RFE. My girl is in tears.... she is also under the weather today so this lifted her up.

Ahhhh 1st step - OVER! On to the rest

Its frustrating but im hanging in there with yall

but just to give everyone some historical context from the March filers :-

The first day that April had NOA2's was 6/16/2016 . These were not expedite cases and March was sitting at 56% completion (April today is almost at 50%). March had pretty much the same comments im seeing today, I could easily just do a copy replace and you'd see "at this rate April will be done before March" , "we should have just filed in April and itll be done faster" .....less than a month later March is now sitting at 70% (before deletes) and close to 85% if you remove deleted accounts. Now most of them are waiting for the NVC to speed things up or scheduling interviews.

Its tough, this process is really testing all of our patience levels, brings about doubts of the process , frustration etc......but it will get better and soon this process will be just be a small speed bump while getting to our loved ones !!

Oh and I wanted to thank you cricketman for your updates every week, it's so nice of you! AND all your positiveness! It is a hard and long process but it's nothing compared to what all of us have already accomplished, we should all be proud, we're all seeing the light at the end of that tunnel

April went from 42.8 % to 56% which is roughly 47 NOA2s over 4 days which is about 12 per day, in line with what we have been seeing.
