Hi everyone!

Today it's 16 days since NOA2. I think I won't start calling NVC until next week.

February and early march fillers got their NVC number between 2 and 3 weeks, but from what I'm reading in March topic and all over VJ progress forums, it's taking more than 4 weeks now. Guess that USCIS minibacklog and sudden recovery is now affecting NVC too. It's a chain reaction and we're the ones caught in the middle. :clock:

Our NOA1 was April 11, and NOA2 was June 28, total 78 days

Your NOA1 was April 20, and today is July 7, total 78 days

You were not left behind, currently the average is 81 days which you have not reached yet, you should be approved anytime now

December 2015: Bohol District Court issues decision in our favor

No its not only you experiencing this. I had the same thing happened to me when I was still checking for NOA2. We got approved Jun 30 through the app then checked on the website it worked that day too. Btw, NOA1 was last April 26 and just waiting for our MCN. Hope all the April filers will get their NOA2 soon. :dancing:

AOS 2017: 

2/2/2017: AOS, AED and AP sent to USCIS Chicago via Fedex

2/6/2017: AOS, AED and AP received and signed. 

2/10/2017: Fingerprint fee received

2/14/2017: NOA1 received through text and email

2/14/2017: Cheque was encashed

2/17/2017: NOA1 hard copies received for AOS, AED and AP via mail. 

2/21/2017: Called USCIS to update DOB on AED due to typo error on NOA1 hard copy received.

3/11/2017: DOB updated in AED

3/11/2017: Biometric letter received via mail. 

3/21/2017: Biometric scheduled and DONE in York, PA.

4/26/2017: Called USCIS for service request on AED since Its more than (75 days). Rep provided a reference #.

4/27/2017: (AED)Service request completed

5/3/2017: (AED) Card Is Being Produced 

5/8/2017: Approval notice for both AED and AP received through mail. 

5/8/2017: Card Was Mailed To Me 

5/10/2017: Combo Card (AED & AP) received

Here's to hoping we see some action on our cases soon. At this rate, May and June filers will be getting approvals before we do. Ugh!

We were in such a hurry to file our I-129F in the beginning of April. Based on the latest approvals, we would have been better off waiting until the end of the month.

Its frustrating but im hanging in there with yall

but just to give everyone some historical context from the March filers :-

The first day that April had NOA2's was6/16/2016 . These were not expedite cases and March was sitting at 56% completion (April today is almost at 50%). March had pretty much the same comments im seeing today, I could easily just do a copy replace and you'd see "at this rate April will be done before March" , "we should have just filed in April and itll be done faster" .....less than a month later March is now sitting at 70% (before deletes) and close to 85% if you remove deleted accounts. Now most of them are waiting for the NVC to speed things up or scheduling interviews.

Its tough, this process is really testing all of our patience levels, brings about doubts of the process , frustration etc......but it will get better and soon this process will be just be a small speed bump while getting to our loved ones !!
