Hello everyone we Filed on the 4th, we got our email and txt on the 14th. I am a bit concerned about the dating website ToS thing. We met on blossoms.com and I didn't consider it a marriage broker site so I didn't include the ToS. I hope this don't mean an RFE.

Petition was delivered on the 8th of April, money order was cashed on the 13th, still no email or anything.

Did you include the G1145 in your package?

Went through K-1 (I-129F) AOS (I-485) EAD (I-765) AP (I-131) processes. Thanks to the Visa Journey community for their help and support!

You need a money order or check for the exact fee value, otherwise they'll just send your whole package back and that can delay you between 2 to 4 weeks.

Yes, you can. You need to take the mokey order with the receipt to the post office (assuming it's a USPS money order, if it's not, check with the company).

They might charge a fee for that.

Just cash the money order and then buy a new one. No sense in having the Post Office refund it. That's more trouble than it's worth
