Hi, everyone!

Good luck to all the April filers! Like someone else on this thread, we're March/April straddlers, since we mailed from the UK over Easter:

March 26, 2016 -- Mailed to Dallas Lockbox via Royal Mail from the UK

April 7, 2016 -- Delivery Confirmation

April 12, 2016 -- Email NOA1 received (routed to California) & Check Cashed!

Also like other posters, we met on Tinder and included that in our application, so here's hoping for no RFE! :protest:

We're hoping he gets a visa in time to come to my cousin's wedding in early October...six months from now, so cross fingers!

2015

July 9: First Date in London

2016

March 1: Belated Leap Day Engagement

Mar 26: Mailed I-129f packet to Dallas Lockbox via Tracked Royal Mail from England

July 25: Case # Assigned {4 months since Mailing Day back in March!}
August 1: 'Ready' Status at the Embassy!
September 8: Interview Date!
November 22: Courthouse Wedding date (North Carolina)
December: Filed for Adjustment of Status
2017

May 19: Big Fat American Wedding date (Maryland)

July: Green Card Received!

2019

July: Filed for Removal of Conditions

July: 18-month Extension Received

Just checked my bank account and I see the EFT pending/being processed now. My package was delivered on the 8th :).

Hope you both can attend that wedding!

Went through K-1 (I-129F) AOS (I-485) EAD (I-765) AP (I-131) processes. Thanks to the Visa Journey community for their help and support!

Hello :) We sent our petition on April 1st, then got the NOA1 email on April 6 and today, April 11, the hard copy. I was wondering if anyone knows if is it gonna be any problem if they didn't include the middle name of my fiancee (beneficiary) on the receipt of the NOA1 or should I call Uscis to make they fix it?

Best wishes to all!

This is not a problem and no need to call. But, continue to check your documents every step of the way. Once in front of the CO at your Embassy you can add or make changes to important dates or names (missing or misspelled).

omg my fiance and I met on Tinder...we were honest about that in our petition but I didn't know we had to include terms of service? *panicking*

Unfortunately, it's not published anywhere that one must include TOS for dating sites. One of those Gotchas that we all hate. Having said that, sometimes - on a rare occurrence, that is sometimes missed by the processing agent and you may or may not get an RFE. Funny how these things work.

Wait...Signature of back of photos?? Where does it say that?

Not signatures just the full name written... Look at the guides.

Someone from January got RFE for this and other hasn't so guess it depends on the person who has the case.

Haha Yes, it has been seen many times in here. Some of those who have been on the show have been/are also a part of VJ.

I think it is a little suspicious that the email is from a gmail account and not the TV company email address??

I'll be interested to see when you get your NOA1, since my lawyer didn't attach the electronic notification form, if you did. I'll have to wait for the hard copy of mine, from what I can tell.

We got our NOA1 today!!

When looking at the USCIS websites processing times, for the K1 I-129f it says for the CSC, processing times are approximately 5 months. Does anyone know if that 'processing time' means just till your NOA2 or does it mean for the entire process?

I think it means that the NOA2 will maximum be processed in that time. After that you can file a complain / inquiry because by that time it should be completed. The timeline here calculates approximate time of 54 days for CSC.

Hopefully we get that time and not 5 months !!
