I tried to used CaseTracker on my iphone but I entered my USCIS receipt number and it says "receipt number not recognized". Could it be that they just gave me the number on saturday and it takes time for it to be on the system? What do you think?

Yes, I think you are just a little too early for it to show on the web using the app. Give it a few more days.

NOTE TO CURRENT FILIERS - WORD OF CAUTION

There are two items that many are getting RFE's for and so I liked to tell you about them so you don't make the same mistake.

1. Not including a signed Letter of Intent (wet signature required) with your application (I129-F)

2. If you met on a dating website you must include the TOS (terms of service). Go to the website that you met on and look for the TOS and print off a copy to include with your application (I129-F).

These items will help avoid an RFE.

Good luck to all

Hello :) We sent our petition on April 1st, then got the NOA1 email on April 6 and today, April 11, the hard copy. I was wondering if anyone knows if is it gonna be any problem if they didn't include the middle name of my fiancee (beneficiary) on the receipt of the NOA1 or should I call Uscis to make they fix it?

Best wishes to all!

Even though Tinder is not a IMB they can still be ask to proof it. Many sites people have met on are not IMB but still have to prove it it depends on the person who is looking at the case.

It's not sure you'll get one or it could be for something else. Like said it depends on the person who looks at your case.

we have met on okcupid, but as a proof that we're not looking to date, we deleted our accounts and messages, hope FB history with pictures together will be enough

It's not the messages and accounts they want to see. Just the TOS.
