Wow, 14 VJers approved today by my count, at minimum. The top 15 on Igor's list isn't enough space any more for a single day's action. Prediction: we'll see April filers start to hit--not the outliers, but the leading edge of the range--two weeks from now.

You are right , I have 13 down on my count . Im just tracking the delta between a day for unapproved petitions. The average this week is 11 per day, which is higher than last week (10). At this rate we should hit April soon as per your calculations :)

March is sitting at 25% processed for VJ timelines, with the 5% just hit between the first two days of this week

There is even a delay in expedite notifications. We applied for an expedite on May 12th & have yet to hear anything. We called after 10 days, which is what I was instructed to do when filing & when I called they said to wait the max 30 days & if we still hadn't heard anything, call back.

By the time I hear back about the expedite it'll be almost time for my NOA2.

Definitely not fair. Should be first come first serve. I seen someone get roasted in another thread for commenting about Haiti getting expedited... But I as I said... 1st come 1st serve.
