California is the only center currently doing K1 applications. We are all in California hence the slow down.

If we're all in California, then that would explain the slow down. I was basing my speculation on the graphs on this page:

http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1historical

Are these graphs just hypothetical then?

Yes. The other centers were so behind they closed them to new applications. All go to California now. Which sux cause CSC was sending noa2's in 21 to 60 days. Now its 90 to 150 days.

Well that's lame. But thanks for the clarification.

The Texas graph has converged closely to the days at CSC. This is likely people confusing TSC with the Texas lockbox location where they all are initially sent to, unaware they got routed to CSC and so misrepresenting it on their timelines.

CSC handling all of our petitions has been in effect for over a year and I believe I-129F's are a very small portion of their workload. The large swell in processing times has been more recent, and I think it may have been due to being forced to handle a seasonal influx of H1B expedites, as I recall had been mentioned earlier. They pay more for a 30 day turnaround guarantee, so of course ours get pushed to the backburner. Similarly timed bumps in processing times, followed by precipitous drops have occurred in the past judging from the graphs I've seen, so if this is a regular thing each year, processing times should fall from 90 days back toward 60ish in short order. Only time will tell.

We can only hope things are moving at a regular pace, or at least if they aren't it will get back to that shortly. 90-150 days is a long time, geez.

Interestingly enough there seems to be something off with Igor List unless I'm reading it wrong. Last night 5 people got NOA2 (2 from Feb, 3 from March) yet the overall counts decreased only by 1....any clues ?

Date Feb Filers	March Filers	April Filers

It's possible that their reporting functions are built on a data wharehouse that is regularly fed from the live data. If that's the case, then there may be a delay if the latest data were received too late to be included in the regularly scheduled load. I'd check back tonight or tomorrow.

Because of some other updates we are definitely trending a little over 5 per day NOA2 approvals.
