Hello Philippine filers, i got an email from a CFO admin officer that since we have finished our CFO seminar, we can have the CFO sticker affixed at Ninoy Aguino International Airport but need to call at least a day to give them the flight details. Has anyone here also received the same e-mail? I have searched some of the forums here and before they were able to have their stickers placed at NAIA. Response would be appreciated. Thanks! ??

I know! It's awesome to see everyone get approved, but it's hard being patient when most of the group is already on their way to the US and we haven't even interviewed yet! :P Good Luck!

CONGRATS!!! :)

Our status from CEAC website changed to ISSUED on 09/08/2016. We have set to pick up the visa at 2GO Mall of Asia and until now, 09/11/2016, we haven't received any text or e-mail from them. I have heard that if it's pick up at 2GO Mall of Asia, it will be 1-2 days to receive a text from them! I don't know what's taking too long. :crying::cry::clock: Also, the ustraveldocs website is showing "There is no status update for this passport number". What's that supposed to mean?

Really hoping she can pick up the visa anytime soon so my fiance can fly here this week.:)

thx, and to you as well! yes, hopefully just a couple more days now for your fiance to have the Visa in their hands!

Sorry, not sure what that ustraveldocs status message you got means.

lol, there just cannot be enough (and meaningful!) status info for us through this agonizing process!

Is your fiance stressed about the CBP check at the port of entry? My fiancee is a little anxious about it.

home stretch though.....cheers!

Stela - what time is your interview? Ours was 7:20. We arrived too early....around 6:45. If I had to do it all over again, I would get there around 7:00, since the cell phone storage kiosk doesn't open until then.

Also, if you already haven't done so, I'd highly encourage you to read the Rio consulate reviews. Our experience was pretty much identical to all of the stories many others have described: a lot of waiting, and a short, straight-forward 5 minutes or so of actual interview time. Reading the stories will prepare you for exactly what to expect, and will help calm you. It really helped us (except for the comments about how picky the consulate is with the 5x7 passport photo. From reading the comments, I became convinced ahead of time that my fiancee's photo would be rejected and we would have to go across the street to have new photos made. But, our experience was that they didn't really scrutinize it.)

good luck.....remember to smile....and get ready to celebrate!
