Good Day to all of you! Mailed out USPS Priority Mail Express on April 27, 2016 and it was delivered to the Lewiston, TX Lockbox on April 28, 2016 before noon. Now the wait begins....

  • 07/14/16 ✔ Received email at 2217hrs of "POST DECISION ACTIVITY" regarding file being forwarded from USCIS to NVC.

  • 07/28/16 ✔ Visa paid for K1 & K2
  • 07/28/16 ✔ Mailed out Petition Packet with all documents to K1 via FEDEX (COST $221.00!!!)

IF THIS HELPS.. Ours was mailed on the March 30 Dallas office received on the 1st check was cashed the following Weds.. My date in the system is APRIL 1st.....Your case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS California Service Center for processing. Within 7-10 days by standard mail ... TEXT and EMAIL on April 6th

around Christmas.. I was telling the better half.. that March seemed like forever.. cause thats when I planned on traveling the Philippines... I told her "watch these 3 months are gonna seem like a decade and the week i'm there is gonna fly by in a blink of an eye... And here it is May 1st... so waiting till July-Aug is a piece of cake..LOL

Hi! We submitted the package Express Mail to the Lewisville Lot Box, received the text with case number on April 28, 2016 and the check was cashed that day as well. Waiting for the NOA1 in the mail/email any day. Also being hopeful it takes the 60 -65 days we got the CSC.

Your Case Status: Initial Review

On April 27, 2016, we updated your name for your Form I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E), Receipt Number WAC**********. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

During this step, USCIS initiates the background checks of the applicant/petitioner and identifies issues that may need to be addressed either during an interview or by asking the applicant/petitioner to submit additional information or documentation. USCIS reviews the applicant's/petitioner's criminal history, determines if there are national security concerns that need to be addressed, and reviews the application/petition for fraud indicators. If you have filed an I-485, I-589, I-751, N-400, I-90, I-821, I-131 or I-765, you can expect to receive an appointment notice to appear at an Application Support Center to have your fingerprints and/or photographs taken. The timing of your appointment is determined by the number of applicants ahead of you that also need a biometric appointment. 04/11/16....called to USCIS inform about Name typo

04/27/16....Name typo updated

06/29/16....Got RFE

07/15/16....RFE was received by USCIS

08/01/16....NOA2 approved

WAIT/CALLING TO USCIS.. WAIT/CALLING TO USCIS.. WAIT/CALLING TO USCIS.. WAIT/CALLING TO USCIS..CONTACTING USCIS SUPERVISER..CONTACTING SENATOR..

10/03/16....Case sent to NVC (THEY LOST OUR CASE AND STOLE 2.5 MONTHS OF OUR HAPPINESS. Only senator's involvement helped to sort it out.)

10/13/16....NVC assigned case number (after waiting more than average)

WAIT/CALLING TO NVC.. WAIT/CALLING TO NVC...WAIT/CALLING TO NVC...LOSING MY MIND AGAIN..

11/16/16....NVC status changed to IN TRANSIT. Yay!

11/20/16....US Embassy received file but never contacted me

11/26/16....packet 3 received by consulate (packet 3 instructions was never sent by embassy, I sent packet 3 regardless)

11/28/16....interview scheduled on 12/22/2016

12/22/16....CO refused to consider self-earned income and refused co-sponsor. Refused to take in consideration my own assets and property income and well established freelance business. Asked to show $100K++ on bank account while he knew that we have maybe only $70K cash. 

03/22/17....After several fights was interviewed in Paris. They kept my passport. Was told Administrative Processing won't take more than 2-3 weeks.

Yes, search the iphone app also available in android. UCIS case tracker is I am not mistaken.

My fiancé and I had our packet received 04/29 with a money order, so I imagine we are waiting for him to receive an NOA1.

Can someone tell me what I should expect next, will information be sent to me via the post?

Will it be my fiancé (USC) or me, that is expected to do something next?
