Thanks Kandikandi Houston we finally have a "GO" i repeat we have a "Go" for launch But got the it could take up to 2 weeks to get a case #.... will call bck later tonight about 8pm

2/2/2017: AOS, AED and AP sent to USCIS Chicago via Fedex

2/6/2017: AOS, AED and AP received and signed. 

2/10/2017: Fingerprint fee received

2/14/2017: NOA1 received through text and email

2/14/2017: Cheque was encashed

2/17/2017: NOA1 hard copies received for AOS, AED and AP via mail. 

2/21/2017: Called USCIS to update DOB on AED due to typo error on NOA1 hard copy received.

3/11/2017: DOB updated in AED

3/11/2017: Biometric letter received via mail. 

3/21/2017: Biometric scheduled and DONE in York, PA.

4/26/2017: Called USCIS for service request on AED since Its more than (75 days). Rep provided a reference #.

4/27/2017: (AED)Service request completed

5/3/2017: (AED) Card Is Being Produced 

5/8/2017: Approval notice for both AED and AP received through mail. 

5/8/2017: Card Was Mailed To Me 

5/10/2017: Combo Card (AED & AP) received

6/24/2017: (Greencard) Card is being Produced | NO INTERVIEW

Hi guys!!!

I had my interview last Aug 30th 7.30am at US Embassy Manila. I got APPROVED.

As for the VISA status:

Aug 30- READY (Open case)

Sept. 1- AP (Administrative Processing)

Sept. 2- ISSUED

I can't wait to get the visa on hand. :dancing:

Am I going to receive any further mail to my UK address? (London embassy) - I've set up for courier collection at the depot :)

Thank you. Don't worry it will be ISSUED nxt week. Monday is a holiday so everything resumes by Tue. I see its still case to case basis even after we get approved and also depends on the consular officers.

Yes!! The waiting process is painful. I'm sure everything will arrive this upcoming week!! POE is on 9/16 to give some cushion room time for the visa and CFO.

GOOD NEWS! She finally received notice from 2Go about their visa's in transit on 09/02/2016. She called me while I was at work so I went to 2Go and printed up the notification and was surprised to discover that the shipping address was from N. Charleston, South Carolina!! So i looked further into it to discover that after the interview, Thin-Thin's passport and our K2's were sent by diplomatic pouch or courier to be processed in the US! It was shipped from 1101 Redmont Rd, Suite 900, N. Charleston, SC 29406. The shipper name was CGI FEDERAL, INC. Now it makes sense why it took longer than some others. It seems it takes longer when there is a K2 involved. So I wonder if the visa's are coded together that one must have the other? Anyways...... My girls will be here Thursday evening coming into SFO.

  • 04/27/16 ✔ I-129F Packet Sent to Lewisville, TX Lock Box via USPS Overnight EXPRESS Mail.✔
  • 04/28/16 ✔ Delivered by USPS AT 11:39AM. Delivery Confirmation via email by USPS.
  • 05/02/16 ✔ Check Cashed Electronically (No text or email received with the notification)
  • 05/03/16 ✔ Email & Text stating paperwork was received on 04/28, accepted and rerouted to CSC.

  • 07/28/16 ✔ Visa paid for K1 & K2
  • 07/28/16 ✔ Mailed out Petition Packet with all documents to K1 via FEDEX (COST $221.00!!!)
  • 07/29/16 ✔ IN TRANSIT to USEM, Manila, Philippines
  • 08/02/16 ✔ File received and 'READY' at US Embassy, Manila Philippines. (08/01/2016 US)
  • 08/11/16 ✔ CENOMAR & NBI in hand.
  • 08/16/16 ✔ Medical scheduled for K1 & K2 at St Lukes
  • 08/17/16 ✔ Medical with OB/GYN COMPLETED
