WOW! great news from lots of corners of the world

in our own corner, we received instructions from the consulate in Vilnius relatively soon after NVC forwarded... medical was scheduled and attended about a week and a half after... She submitted all of the documents early morning Monday (8/29) by e-mail, received a response Monday afternoon and has an appointment for Tuesday (8/30) morning! Super efficient :)

Went through K-1 (I-129F) AOS (I-485) EAD (I-765) AP (I-131) processes. Thanks to the Visa Journey community for their help and support!

people said K1 has to make medical exam again prior AOS application? is this true?

I thought the do-not-open brown envelope we handed during POE is the medical exam result, and we dont need to re-examine medical.

Any clue guys?

Hello everyone! I had my interview yesterday and was approved. CO asked very basic questions and was quite friendly, I'll decide on POE once I get my passports back. Thank you everyone for your support and information! Congrats to everyone with their recent approvals and for those still waiting, your wait will be over soon!

They said on the i485 form, that if they submit the application for AOS within a year they did medical for k1visa, they do not need to do medical again, just forward them the vaccination supplemental form that was given on medical to your fiance.

So I can collect from the couriers address, I don't *need* to have it delivered to my home or work? I can just rock up with my ID and get it?
