No as you can see in my signature I'm still waiting for my interview late May. There was a 5 week wait for a interview in Sweden

That's great then.the most awaited part of this timeline is to schedule an interview and you're on your way now. Time becomes slow for me and my fiancée. Still we have high hopes to get our NOA2 endMay or first week of June.

Yes it's really nice to have the date I must say. We are hoping to move late June so hopefully everything goes well.

Yes being apart is hard but staying busy so right not times flies by! ... We are moving to my parents in 14 days so packing and it takes a lot of my time

NOTE TO CURRENT FILIERS - WORD OF CAUTION

There are two items that many are getting RFE's for and so I liked to tell you about them so you don't make the same mistake.

1. Not including a signed Letter of Intent (wet signature required) with your application (I129-F)

2. If you met on a dating website you must include the TOS (terms of service). Go to the website that you met on and look for the TOS and print off a copy to include with your application (I129-F).

These items will help avoid an RFE.

Hi, i just received a text that i should get The first NOA within a week. I was honest in the petition that we met on OKC didn't think of including the TOC we both deleted our accounts - probably didn't think much of it or saved anything from it. Will keep fingers crossed we don't get and RFE- waiting is horrible.

That you deleted your profiles are fine what they ask for IF you even get an RFE will be the websites TOS everybody kan print those out even if you are not a member. IF you get an RFE then send the site an e-mail to get them to confirm that they are not IMBA then you have what they ofte just want.

If you wrote online but not stated the website you'll likely get an RFE (Some are lucky and don't) And if the TOS was in the package then your fine.

If you wrote OKC then hope the person looking at your file knows the webpage...

Thank you ! Like you say it is something straightforward and we did include it - so it will not be anything cumbersome. The stress is the wait but we are trying to keep busy. It is hard though to plan and make deposits but we just want it to be approved and be set - let us all have good luck

We received our noa1 text and email on april 18 and the hardcopy on april 24, 2016. I used the app and it still says there that case was received. How long does it usually take for them to update the app if the petition was approved or have rfes? Thanks and good luck to all of us!

Our NOA 1 date is on 20 Apr, and untill now i check the case on the app and it still states "case number is not recognized..." Anyone experiences this I started worrying now.

It will say received until they look at it and for you it probably won't be before June sometime...

My fiancé sent a money order instead of a cheque - will we know when this has been accepted?

Here's a way that you can check if they already got the money order, call 1-866-459-7822 then you will be asked of your 11 digit of the money order, the dollar amount and the 6 digit post office code.

I didn't checked mine but you can try. The email notification will be on its way.

Hey, we filed our petition at the same date. And it seems like the results are the same too. I am also anxious and excited to see when they will approve. But patience, patience! It may be June 19 or so.
