Thanks Kandikandi Houston we finally have a "GO" i repeat we have a "Go" for launch But got the it could take up to 2 weeks to get a case #.... will call bck later tonight about 8pm

Absolutely! A week less of missing each other and a week closer to being back in his arms :)

My case still says "in transit" does yours ?

  • NOA1 Received 15th March 2016

  • RFE (via app) 30th June 201

  • RFE Received 5th July 2016

  • RFE sent back 11th July 2016

  • RFE Received 13th July 2016

  • NOA2 (via website) Approved 19th July 2016 :dance: (4 months 4 Days)

  • N0A2 Hard-copy by Post 23 July 2016

  • NVC Case number received 02 Aug 2016

  • Left NVC 03 Aug 2016

  • Letter from Embassy UK (received my case) 19th Aug 2016

  • Police report received 19th Aug 2016

  • Medical 30 Aug 2016

  • Interview 14 Sep 2016 APPROVED

  • Case changed to AP 15 Sep 2016

  • Enter USA Chicago IL 17th October 2016

  • WEDDING 10th December 2016

  • TRYING TO WORK OUT AOS NOW

Yeah it does.... Pretty strange since NVC sent it ages ago, but I suppose we both still have quite a bit of time anyway. My fiance had his medical on Monday and didn't have any problems with the fact that it wasn't at the embassy yet so I don't think there is anything to worry about

mine is 12 Sep. just realized that u always get 1 day after hahaha

Haha you're right... hopefully you can get bumped up even earlier so that I can follow suit!

What does (7) mean?

USCIS:

2016-04-16: Filed I-129F

2016-04-18: USPS tracking shows package as delivered

2016-04-20: NOA1 E-mail received. Routed to CSC for processing.

2016-07-13: NOA2 App Notification. (84 days)

2016-07-19: NOA2 Hard Copy Rec'd

NVC:

2016-07-28: NVC case received

2016-07-29: NVC case #

2016-08-02: NVC left to Embassy (In Transit)

Embassy:

2016-08-04: Case is "READY"

2016-09-07: Medical exam

2016-09-12: Interview (APPROVED)

2016-10-01: JFK POE (Ticket booked)

What does (7) mean?

When we did my fiancé's appointment, there was an (8) next to the August date, and (10) next to the September and October dates. My assumption is that they blocked off 10 slots, and for August, two were already taken.

4-6-2016: I129F Sent

4-13-2016: NOA1

7-1-2016: NOA2

7-26-2016: NVC Received, Case number assigned

7-31-2016: Consulate received, status ready

8-11-2016: Medical

9-1-2016: Consulate Interview

11-10-2016: AOS package received

11-30-2016 NOA1 Text/Email

Thats the same day as ours, although we are hoping for earlier too... if not you guys may see each other there haha

I would think you would want to give your notice pretty soon? If you are like us, you will probably want to get on a flight as soon as you get your visa in hand and it should only take a week or so from the interview!

Hi there,

Anyone here scheduled for an interview by Aug 30th 7.30am at USEM? Just checking if I have someone from here who will be on the same schedule as I do.

AOS 2017: 

2/2/2017: AOS, AED and AP sent to USCIS Chicago via Fedex

2/6/2017: AOS, AED and AP received and signed. 

2/10/2017: Fingerprint fee received

2/14/2017: NOA1 received through text and email

2/14/2017: Cheque was encashed

2/17/2017: NOA1 hard copies received for AOS, AED and AP via mail. 

2/21/2017: Called USCIS to update DOB on AED due to typo error on NOA1 hard copy received.

3/11/2017: DOB updated in AED

3/11/2017: Biometric letter received via mail. 

3/21/2017: Biometric scheduled and DONE in York, PA.

4/26/2017: Called USCIS for service request on AED since Its more than (75 days). Rep provided a reference #.

4/27/2017: (AED)Service request completed

5/3/2017: (AED) Card Is Being Produced 

5/8/2017: Approval notice for both AED and AP received through mail. 

5/8/2017: Card Was Mailed To Me 

5/10/2017: Combo Card (AED & AP) received

6/24/2017: (Greencard) Card is being Produced | NO INTERVIEW

Are earlier appointments likely to pop up for London? When is a good time to check. I'm scheduled for the 13th September right now but if I can slide in earlier I want to!
