So i was able to check my CEAC sttus it says that i must follow instructions and gives me a link. Whats all that about choosing an agent? And do i get the IIN number calling nvc or they send it to me?

That is for IMMIGRANT visas (it's confusing because sometimes K1 is considered Immigrant and sometimes not, it's a special one).

You need to go to YOUR embassy's website and follow the instructions there. I know it's confusing :( I am in the EXACT same boat as you, and no one seems to know anything for sure (I have been to 3 different government websites and they all say something different!) but I would stick with your specific embassy website and maybe try emailing them (that's what I had to do) Good Luck!

I'm eagerly awaiting to hear what the turnaround time is from interview to visa on hand from the MOA. I was told the best time to book was on a Monday and Visa's would be there on a Friday at the Mall of Asia. Does anyone know??

I am right there with you, I am hoping it is quick, some in the March group have said 8 days.

Was able to call and get the case number and IIN on Wed. morning, and the case changed status changed to 'Ready' the following day apparently. Good news. I wish Vilnius was like other embassies and allowed for more things to be done online. I think all we can do at this point is complete the DS160 and wait for any correspondence.

Went through K-1 (I-129F) AOS (I-485) EAD (I-765) AP (I-131) processes. Thanks to the Visa Journey community for their help and support!

Hi! yes, my petitioner received a hardcopy nvc letter a week and a half after the case# was given.

I am still waiting for my visa. The consul said it should be available 5-10 business days after the interview. I chose to pickup the visa in SM Megamall since I am near the area (Mandaluyong).

Did you get your NVC letter?

How long does it usually receive?

How long does the passport received after interview (pickup option in MOA)?

On when will be the visa be available after the interview, it is also a case-to-case basis. From what I know, it could take a few days to a month, depending on your case. Make sure that your fiance has complete documents listed on the instruction packet during the interview to avoid getting 221g (like an rfe) which could delay the visa for weeks or longer. During my interview, I was only asked of the following:

-PASSPORT

-APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION 1STPAGE ONLY

-DS-160 1STPAGE ONLY

-NSO Birthcert and CENOMAR

-NBI CLEARANCE

-SEALED MEDICAL RESULT

-1 2X2 PHOTO

-PHOTOS TOGETHER

I know someone who wasn't able to bring her nvc letter during the medical was asked to provide a copy during the interview.

I'm eagerly awaiting to hear what the turnaround time is from interview to visa on hand from the MOA. I was told the best time to book was on a Monday and Visa's would be there on a Friday at the Mall of Asia. Does anyone know??
