Mailed out our petition two days ago via Express Mail... have been stressed but now says it is available for pickup at the Post Office.

Getting a little nervous that CSC is back to 5 month processing times... oh well! The wait begins!!! :clock:

hope not... although, as I believe a few others have pointed out, the adjudication estimates in our timelines are steadily rising

Went through K-1 (I-129F) AOS (I-485) EAD (I-765) AP (I-131) processes. Thanks to the Visa Journey community for their help and support!

Can anyone tell me if they were able to track their casestatus through the website egov.uscis.gov or the app using the the case number on the NOA1 yet??

We're confused because everytime we try they say there is an error.

I just asked the same as u few days ago. Till now am still unable to track status of my case.

USCIS:

2016-04-16: Filed I-129F

2016-04-18: USPS tracking shows package as delivered

2016-04-20: NOA1 E-mail received. Routed to CSC for processing.

2016-07-13: NOA2 App Notification. (84 days)

2016-07-19: NOA2 Hard Copy Rec'd

NVC:

2016-07-28: NVC case received

2016-07-29: NVC case #

2016-08-02: NVC left to Embassy (In Transit)

Embassy:

2016-08-04: Case is "READY"

2016-09-07: Medical exam

2016-09-12: Interview (APPROVED)

i dont know whether its normal or not

I think that may be if they forwarded the package to another service center.

I can't access my case status as well, but I think it is because it was forwarded to CSC. It's been only two days after NOA1 for me.

yes probabely

Hello I have filed for a relative petition before and was approved back in 2004 I divorced and have started the k1- visa process for my boyfriend/ baby daddy for 9 yrs.

I am wondering how it will go the second time around...my process dates are

Sent April 18th

Recivied April 21st

Recivied receipt # by email and text April 27. And that my case is being sent to California which will take 7-10 days.

Now waiting for notification #2

And will start using app when I receive the hard copy of my payment receipt by mail.

From what've known you have to wait 7-10 days from the day you received the NOA1 by mail...we received ours on the 25th, so I didn't check ours yet...correct me if I'm mistaken....

Lots of luck to all of us! =)
