Yes you can move it, by choosing to reschedule interview, you won't lose your original date until you confirm new date, but check daily as earlier dates come up all the time. I went from a date of August 1st to july 18th to July 7th in less the 24hr (this was back in June )

That is VERY reassuring. We have a date of September 20th as well and am really upset that there isn't anything closer.

Did you find that earlier dates would open up at any particular time of day or was it just random?

Congrats one step closer.

Not sure if you are aware that by not having the shot at the medical your vaccination are incomplete therefore you with have to see a civil sergon in the U.S. When AOS to fill in a vaccination report which will cost a bit and time and effort to find one that will do just the vaccinations and not require a full medical again, probably same as cost to get it done at London medical and would have saved you trying to find a CS that won't rip you off. But what's done is done for you, just a heads up to others get free shots before medical or in medical, will save time, effort and money in AOS stage.

Thats interesting the nurse said in the medical I can just get the vaccination here in the UK and give them the updated vaccination record document in the USA with my AOS.

I dont know why she would suggest something that would require me to do another 300 pound medical in the USA when I said Id rather do it at my GP if its cheaper.

At random

USCIS will not take a vaccination from your gp if it is not on your ds3025 ( the report you got back after your medical) if you are missing shots then you will need to have a civil surgeon fill out a I-693 to put with you AOS papers. As you have already missed them have a look at this post http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/231026-civil-surgeons-who-dont-rip-you-off/ that highlights civil surgeons that are willing to do just the vaccination ( as most will not and will want you to do full medical again even though you don't have to, obviously as it gives them more money) beware though some are not practicing or prices have changed,

"I-693, Medical Examination of Aliens Seeking Adjustment of Status.I-693, Medical Examination of Aliens Seeking Adjustment of Status. If you are a K-1, K-2, K-3 or K-4 visa holder the I-693 instructions state that you are not required to have another medical examination as long as your Form I-485 is filed within one year of your overseas medical examination. If you are missing any shots from your overseas medical a I-693 vaccination transcription is required to be completed by seeing a Civil Surgeon to have certain portions of the I-693 completed and have the Civil Surgeon certify the form (sealing the original in an envelope and giving you a copy)."

I had meant the extra cost of the shot would have been cheaper or the same price as having at the medical than doing it at AOS stage not the cost of the entire medical.

You don't have to worry too much about it now as It won't affect your interview or getting your visa, but just a heads up for next steps after your marriage so you can prepare in advance and not make a mistake and get a RFE when sending off your forms for AOS.

Also a heads up for others about to do their London medical, if you want free shot get them done prior to medical, as you end up paying for them in AOS, so not free in the end (cost to transcribe vaccination).

I HIGHLY suggest you both ONLY use FedEx or DHL, preferably DHL because they have several shipping offices throughout the Philippines and deliver door-to-door using their own employees, very reliable. FedEx once the package arrives in the Philippines, they use 2GO courier to deliver the package, reliable. USPS once the package arrives in the Philippines, they hand the package over to Philippines postal service to deliver, very unreliable, they are very corrupt and you have about a 98% chance your package will be stolen by employees especially once they see it was shipped from the US they see dollar $igns in their eyes.

Good info. I heard this before but wasnt sure which shipper had the bad rep. Definitely going with DHL.

That is VERY reassuring. We have a date of September 20th as well and am really upset that there isn't anything closer.

Did you find that earlier dates would open up at any particular time of day or was it just random?

I will keep looking and let u know as soon as I see any earlier dates. Don't worry for now have hope

I had meant the extra cost of the shot would have been cheaper or the same price as having at the medical than doing it at AOS stage not the cost of the entire medical.

Do you have to ask them at the medical for an extra copy to have for your AOS ?

Thanks for your help

Yes it would be great to let your follow London filers know if there are earlier dates.

No they give you One copy and stress not to lose it, so you make a photocopy of it for AOS to send with your papers.

Great!! I will absolutely do the same! My fiancé has had a work visa before and is super confident that we will get something earlier because he has used the same system in the past so I hope he is right!

Yes it would be great to let your follow London filers know if there are earlier dates.

Haha I was just thinking that it would be great if there was a way that the system could notify you if something earlier came up, but I think if we are all checking and can let each other know, that is almost as good :)
