YAY!! Our case arrived 2 days ago at the NVC, called today and the super nice lady gave me our case number!! So happy :dancing::dance::D
She also gave me our invoice ID, she said I'd probably want to know it...does anyone know what it's for?

Oh and since you can update your information with them (addresses, email addresses), you can register the foreign fiancé's email address while asking for your case number! They usually don't have it on file ^_^

GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF YOU - We will be with our significant others soooo soon!! :D

Haha I believe I spoke with Mora? But I could have heard wrong too haha She was the nicest really, it's so nice to hear someone say 'I'm so excited for you guys' after waiting all this time for this haha bless her!

I'm sure it will come soon! You should try again early next week! My NOA2 was July 8th, and it was received 2 days ago by the NVC; so your day could be Tuesday :P

Which number did you use to call? Best of luck for the next steps :)

I called 603-334-0888, but you can call either number (603-334-0700). I called at 12:30 and immediately was forwarded to someone and didn't sit on hold.

  • 04/27/16 ✔ I-129F Packet Sent to Lewisville, TX Lock Box via USPS Overnight EXPRESS Mail.✔
  • 04/28/16 ✔ Delivered by USPS AT 11:39AM. Delivery Confirmation via email by USPS.
  • 05/02/16 ✔ Check Cashed Electronically (No text or email received with the notification)
  • 05/03/16 ✔ Email & Text stating paperwork was received on 04/28, accepted and rerouted to CSC.
  • 05/12/16 ✔ Called USCIS to request a hard-copy of NOA1 which was not received (Original NOA1 was never received or located).
  • 05/29/16 ✔ Actually finally received NOA1 hard-copy after numerous calls after USPS returned 2nd NOA1 as being undeliverable.

Is anyone else submitting wedding plans as evidence? We're expecting <20, so I think we could go ahead and set a date, and put some deposits down for a small room, honeymoon suite, etc. Then move it to a later date if needed.

Quick question for others who are going through Philippine processing. So we already have our MCN how many days do we normally wait til our status goes "READY"?

AOS 2017: 

2/2/2017: AOS, AED and AP sent to USCIS Chicago via Fedex

2/6/2017: AOS, AED and AP received and signed. 

2/10/2017: Fingerprint fee received

2/14/2017: NOA1 received through text and email

2/14/2017: Cheque was encashed

2/17/2017: NOA1 hard copies received for AOS, AED and AP via mail. 

2/21/2017: Called USCIS to update DOB on AED due to typo error on NOA1 hard copy received.

3/11/2017: DOB updated in AED

3/11/2017: Biometric letter received via mail. 

3/21/2017: Biometric scheduled and DONE in York, PA.

4/26/2017: Called USCIS for service request on AED since Its more than (75 days). Rep provided a reference #.

4/27/2017: (AED)Service request completed

5/3/2017: (AED) Card Is Being Produced 

5/8/2017: Approval notice for both AED and AP received through mail. 

5/8/2017: Card Was Mailed To Me 

5/10/2017: Combo Card (AED & AP) received

6/24/2017: (Greencard) Card is being Produced | NO INTERVIEW

I was thinking about doing that as well. <16 wedding size here. We have set a date, but I don't think I will bother with "place-holder" bookings. (lol, I have a bad habit of forgetting to cancel stuff like that!)

I do intend to bring receipts for our engagement ring purchase, receipts for invitation card purchase, and an extra invitation card. My sense is that any of that is overkill, but I'd rather be over-prepared than under-prepared.
