OMG no way!!! Our NOA2 was the day after yours! Hopefully we will get something today or tomorrow!

Congrats!!!!

Chipmunk, u should call. I didnt expect to hear anything this week but who knows. Guess they sent a batch of petition in range of 11-14 july.

Guys keep us posted.

Called the *0700 Number at 9:19am PST (12 Minute call)

NOA1: April 26, 2016

NOA2: July 11, 2016

CASE#: July 28, 2016

Hey guys. Packet 3 received!! I am a little concerned though because my instructions only makes mention of the I-134 affidavit form to bring to the interview. No mention of the other forms that some of my fellow April filers have spoken about.

It seems all we need is the Ds-160 and the I-134, I am to go by these instructions only. Is this the case for anyone else?

03/11/16 - Engaged!

09/27/16 – Interview Date – Approved

10/13/16 – POE Houston

12/22/16 - HAPPILY MARRIED!!!!

01/09/17 - AOS/EAD/AP filed

01/23/17 - NOA1 texts and emails received

01/27/17 - NOA1 hardcopies received 

02/11/17 - Biometrics appointment letter received

02/21/17 - Biometrics appointment

04/17/17 - EAD status changed to New Card Being Produced

04/21/17 - NOA2 hardcopies for EAD and AP received

I tried calling the 0888 number earlier and they said that they hadn't received our petition yet.....saw that someone else recommended calling the 0700 number, so I did.......and they received our petition today!!!!!!! :dancing::dancing::dancing: No case # yet.....but I will call back tomorrow. Good luck to everyone else.....we are all on our way!!!!!

Case status updated to in transit. I had my fiance pay the consulate fee today, hopefully I didn't jump the gun. I want to schedule and there's an 8/29 date on cgifederal.secure.force.com, by my fiancé wants to wait until it gets to the consulate.

Is this packet 3 being received by the US Citizen from the NVC or the beneficiary from the consulate?

4-6-2016: I129F Sent

4-13-2016: NOA1

7-1-2016: NOA2

7-26-2016: NVC Received, Case number assigned

7-31-2016: Consulate received, status ready

8-11-2016: Medical

9-1-2016: Consulate Interview

Does any one know whats next i have my case number know was that the only thing i was supposed to ask for ?? My fiance and I started his DS-160 app and we are almost ready to summit. We were just waiting on the NVC case number.. Also , does anyone have the link to track the case file? i know it has been postedbut the thread is super long now so not sure where to look for it.

Our case was IN TRANSIT so i sent my fiance to pay the visa fee, then I submitted the DS-160, a few hours after submitting the DS-160 our case changed to READY to schedule interview.

Packet 3 is sent from the US embassy consulate to the beneficiary

Thanks! Do I understand correctly that these packets are just lists of required documents in a packet that the beneficiary then gathers and adds to the packet and ships back to the consulate?

4-6-2016: I129F Sent

4-13-2016: NOA1

7-1-2016: NOA2

7-26-2016: NVC Received, Case number assigned

7-31-2016: Consulate received, status ready

8-11-2016: Medical

9-1-2016: Consulate Interview

11-10-2016: AOS package received

Just called NVC AT 12:30pm (PST) and got someone immediately on the phone. She gave me our MNL # and told me I would receive an email later on.

July 08, 2016 - NOA2 issued

July 11, 2016 - Post Decision

July 27, 2016 - NVC received Petition!

July 28, 2016 - NVC issued MNL #.

Time to get this party started!! We are almost there....

  • 04/27/16 ✔ I-129F Packet Sent to Lewisville, TX Lock Box via USPS Overnight EXPRESS Mail.✔
  • 04/28/16 ✔ Delivered by USPS AT 11:39AM. Delivery Confirmation via email by USPS.
  • 05/02/16 ✔ Check Cashed Electronically (No text or email received with the notification)
  • 05/03/16 ✔ Email & Text stating paperwork was received on 04/28, accepted and rerouted to CSC.
  • 05/12/16 ✔ Called USCIS to request a hard-copy of NOA1 which was not received (Original NOA1 was never received or located).
  • 05/29/16 ✔ Actually finally received NOA1 hard-copy after numerous calls after USPS returned 2nd NOA1 as being undeliverable.
