Hi everyone! My fiance and I hit another milestone with the NVC having shipped our visa over to the London embassy on July 22!!! The man at the NVC said that the London embassy will email me when they receive the packet with instructions.

My question is did anyone go ahead and start booking things earlier or must you wait for the email from the embassy? I found this link with some helpful details I thought we could get a jump start on maybe? http://www.visajourney.com/consulates/index.php?ctry=United%20Kingdom&cty=London

Omg.. I called just now to see if they received our case and OMG just of today they just got it!!! Asked to give a call back in a day or two for our case number!!! This is becoming for reals... hehe! So happy right now. Called my f over Skype and he just laughed at me. He was about to call NVC but I was secretly calling too. ahahha.

2/2/2017: AOS, AED and AP sent to USCIS Chicago via Fedex

2/6/2017: AOS, AED and AP received and signed. 

2/10/2017: Fingerprint fee received

2/14/2017: NOA1 received through text and email

Thank you! :) Soon, just keep your faith high. Though, I know how it feels. Just earlier I got so annoyed thinking why it takes too long for them to get and assigned a case number to us. LOL It took 26 days.

The RFE I sent, was received by California center on July 15, still no news. I couldn't wait and asked for expedited process today as there's big financial loss involved for us, my kid can't go to free school in the country where I (petition beneficiary) live, and if he will have to study even few months in private school, I will still have to pay for whole year. Weird thing, they didn't ask to provide them evidence for what we told them, they said just wait for decision :clock:

04/06/16....NOA1 Text & E-mail. Case sent to CSC

04/08/16....NOA1 hardcopy received by post

04/11/16....called to USCIS inform about Name typo

04/27/16....Name typo updated

06/29/16....Got RFE

07/15/16....RFE was received by USCIS

08/01/16....NOA2 approved

WAIT/CALLING TO USCIS.. WAIT/CALLING TO USCIS.. WAIT/CALLING TO USCIS.. WAIT/CALLING TO USCIS..CONTACTING USCIS SUPERVISER..CONTACTING SENATOR..

10/03/16....Case sent to NVC (THEY LOST OUR CASE AND STOLE 2.5 MONTHS OF OUR HAPPINESS. Only senator's involvement helped to sort it out.)

10/13/16....NVC assigned case number (after waiting more than average)

WAIT/CALLING TO NVC.. WAIT/CALLING TO NVC...WAIT/CALLING TO NVC...LOSING MY MIND AGAIN..

11/16/16....NVC status changed to IN TRANSIT. Yay!

11/20/16....US Embassy received file but never contacted me

11/26/16....packet 3 received by consulate (packet 3 instructions was never sent by embassy, I sent packet 3 regardless)

11/28/16....interview scheduled on 12/22/2016

12/22/16....CO refused to consider self-earned income and refused co-sponsor. Refused to take in consideration my own assets and property income and well established freelance business. Asked to show $100K++ on bank account while he knew that we have maybe only $70K cash. 

03/22/17....After several fights was interviewed in Paris. They kept my passport. Was told Administrative Processing won't take more than 2-3 weeks.

We are on our 19th day from NOA2, so that means we're near. :)

We have a question for anyone processing K1 visa in Philippines, and have completed the medical exam. St Lukes website states they require a Letter with Case Number, which I assume must be a hard copy letter from NVC with the case number, does anyone know for sure if they will accept a photocopy or is it required i mail the original to my fiance in Philippines to take to the medical exam? Will they accept a printed screenshot from the CEAC website of the CEACStatTracker status showing the case number and Ready Status?

The screenshot of the "ready" status is acceptable for medical. NVC letter isn't asked during interview. There were a lot of Filipina that are already in the US and they got their hard copy while they made it already to US. lol Just not making sense but looks like NVC hard copy is taking forever to be sent.

We are on our 19th day from NOA2, so that means we're near. :)

Thank you!!! :) Called the Non-immigrant line 6033340888 but either of the two they can actually look up your case they just ask for the USCIS receipt #.

Congratulations!! That is great news :) You will have to update once you are able to schedule an interview... hopefully you will get a date in August!

When you say that USCIS sent your petition July 12, is that when you got your PDA email?? I got mine 2 days after yours on the 14th, but I got it at the same time as my NOA2... I hope that means I will get mine this week!

Yup, exactly -- I think I read somewhere else that USCIS was doing batch mailings, so hopefully yours slid in under the line and was mailed out with ours! :)

I'll let you know how scheduling goes...hopefully the London Embassy will receive our case by next Tuesday (I figure give NVC another 3 days to mail it, then 3 - 5 to get over there), and we can schedule then!

I'll let you know how scheduling goes...hopefully the London Embassy will receive our case by next Tuesday (I figure give NVC another 3 days to mail it, then 3 - 5 to get over there), and we can schedule then!

Well that would certainly be lucky if that happened!!

It seems like they usually get to the embassy pretty quickly once they are mailed, but you never know with this process... good luck to you!!

Awesome thanks for the info! Were getting ready to schedule embassy interview, medical exam, and cfo seminar. Our CEAC website status still shows NVC In Transit, were just waiting for it to change to Ready status then I'll schedule medical exam, following day cfo seminar, then 1 week later interview.
