Thanks Kandikandi Houston we finally have a "GO" i repeat we have a "Go" for launch But got the it could take up to 2 weeks to get a case #.... will call bck later tonight about 8pm

LONDONERS. I just booked my visa interview online at the embassy last night for the start of September (this is the earliest they had!) Almost a whole month after my medical appointment. Just letting

My Fiance called today in the morning and got our NVC number!!! Hurray!

Yesterday I told him I had a feeling that our case arrived at NVC, he just raised his eyebrows. And I was right!

Congrats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

12/03/16-Receiving Social Security Number

02/24/17-Status was updated on the USCIS website to "Response received" 

03/09/17-Status changed to "Ready to Schedule Interview"

04/14/17-Filed a service request for EAD card

04/19/17- EAD card is being produced

04/25/17-EAD/AP card was sent out.

04/27/17-Received combo card. 

09/25/17-AOS Interview-APPROVED!

09/30/17-Green card in hand! Done for 2 years :D

Wow, grats!!! :) We have same date of approval... hoping they will have ours too!

AOS 2017: 

2/2/2017: AOS, AED and AP sent to USCIS Chicago via Fedex

2/6/2017: AOS, AED and AP received and signed. 

2/10/2017: Fingerprint fee received

2/14/2017: NOA1 received through text and email

2/14/2017: Cheque was encashed

2/17/2017: NOA1 hard copies received for AOS, AED and AP via mail. 

2/21/2017: Called USCIS to update DOB on AED due to typo error on NOA1 hard copy received.

3/11/2017: DOB updated in AED

3/11/2017: Biometric letter received via mail. 

3/21/2017: Biometric scheduled and DONE in York, PA.

4/26/2017: Called USCIS for service request on AED since Its more than (75 days). Rep provided a reference #.

4/27/2017: (AED)Service request completed

5/3/2017: (AED) Card Is Being Produced 

5/8/2017: Approval notice for both AED and AP received through mail. 

5/8/2017: Card Was Mailed To Me 

5/10/2017: Combo Card (AED & AP) received

6/24/2017: (Greencard) Card is being Produced | NO INTERVIEW

4/21/16 - I-129F Packet Sent to Dallas Tx Lock Box

4/25/16 - Fedex Delivery Confirmation

4/28/16 - Check Cashed Electronically

5/02/16 - NOA 1 Received by Mail (no email or text notification)

Routed to California Service Center

Receive date 4/25/16

Notice date 4/28/16

5/12/16 - Request for Expedite due to Financial Losses

5/26/16 - Request for Expedite denied

7/13/16 - Text and email notice of RFE - Forgot to check the little box saying "I am NOT a criminal"

7/15/16 - RFE hard copy received in Los Angeles, CA

7/18/16 - Responded to RFE same day mail

7/18/16 - Text and email RFE response received

7/21/16 - Petition APPROVED!!! (87 days)

9/05/16: Visa Delivered

9/06/16: POE

9/17/16: AOS/ EAD/ AP Paperwork Sent

OK, trying again! I was on hold for 25 minutes last night -- longer than the usual hold time of 12 - 15 minutes. And they were very nice, but still didn't have it!

And...YES!!! NVC received our case today, but has no case # yet. Still a victory!! :dancing::dancing:

Thats exckly when I am planing to call too my NOA2 was jun23

Called today,got my NVC number and invoice number..

NoA2 June 27.

I'm so happy but I am confused ,what is the invoice number? What should I use it for?

I was told by NVC yesterday the Invoice number is used when paying fees such as when you pay your visa fee before your embassy interview. Did they give you the Beneficiary ID Number (BIN#) also? They gave us a BIN for my fiance and each of her 2 kids individually.

Are the fees paid somewhere online?

4-6-2016: I129F Sent

4-13-2016: NOA1

7-1-2016: NOA2

7-26-2016: NVC Received, Case number assigned

7-31-2016: Consulate received, status ready

8-11-2016: Medical

9-1-2016: Consulate Interview

11-10-2016: AOS package received

11-30-2016 NOA1 Text/Email

Thanks for your reply. I did not get any beneficiary ID number and we have a k2 in our application . Is this BIN important?do I have to call NVC for this number?

Hmm. Correction -- I just called again and was told that my case was received on July 18th, but doesn't have a case # yet! Weird, because I've been calling every day and it hasn't been in the system until today!

NOA1: April 11th

NOA2: June 28th

Post-Decision Activity email: July 12th

Case Received: July 18th

Case # Created: July 25th??
