Thanks Kandikandi Houston we finally have a "GO" i repeat we have a "Go" for launch But got the it could take up to 2 weeks to get a case #.... will call bck later tonight about 8pm

LONDONERS. I just booked my visa interview online at the embassy last night for the start of September (this is the earliest they had!) Almost a whole month after my medical appointment. Just letting

NOA2 Hard copy received, stating that

"we have sent the original visa petition to the Department of State National Visa Cenver (NVC)..."

Do they really send ours?

USCIS:

2016-04-16: Filed I-129F

2016-04-18: USPS tracking shows package as delivered

2016-04-20: NOA1 E-mail received. Routed to CSC for processing.

2016-07-13: NOA2 App Notification. (84 days)

2016-07-19: NOA2 Hard Copy Rec'd

NVC:

2016-07-28: NVC case received

2016-07-29: NVC case #

2016-08-02: NVC left to Embassy (In Transit)

Embassy:

2016-08-04: Case is "READY"

2016-09-07: Medical exam

2016-09-12: Interview (APPROVED)

2016-10-01: JFK POE (Ticket booked)

kandiKANDI... JUST CALLED and the NVC # is in I repeat the NVC is in.... also gave the Invoice ID #

0_0 Can I ask? What is the Invoice ID#? And when you call, do you just ask "Can I get my case number?" or is there like something specific to ask for? AND CONGRATS!!!!

RFE response sent July 11th

RFE response received July 13th

Approval July 19th!

I just got home from work and was flooded by fiance with the good news

Hey guys,

Just called up NVC (they picked up the phone straight away, no annoying music yay lol!) and got my case number! My NOA2 was 24th June. I called up Monday and they still hadn't received it so they must have received it yesterday or today.


I've booked a medical in London for 2 weeks time (seems like they have plenty available spaces over the course of the next few weeks), in the confirmation email it says I also need to bring an email/letter from the embassy confirming my case number / visa type I'm applying for.....when can I expect to receive this letter?

06/24/16...NOA2 approval :luv:
07/20/16...Called up NVC and case number assigned. Booked medical for start of August.

08/02/16...MEDICAL COMPLETE.

Interview scheduled for the last week of August :clock:

Thanks... I have no idea what the Invoice ID# is for... he started giving it to me so I wrote it down :secret::secret::secret: .... Will find out if I need it in some of this paperwork we have to fill out.... unless one of the MONITORS know what's it is for...

Congrats bigant! My fiance and I called on 2 separate occasions last night and they STILL had not assigned our number lol

I suspect it will be assigned before this week is through. We are hoping for Friday at least (but my fiance wants to try again tomorrow).

Good luck to everyone waiting! Things certainly seem to be moving so everyone will be sorted soon :)

Yes... when you think your free,,,, they pull you right back in...(The GODFATHER).. was able to get the interview for Aug 16th... nothing was free from the 8th-12th.. but the July 25th was open :cry::cry::cry: ... but no way i could pull that off... then Aug. 4th was open but that really cutting it too close.. so we will roll 16th and go from there... :dancing::dancing::dancing::dancing:

Congrats to everyone who got their MCN's already. Did call NVC not too long ago and still nothing... I suspect since NOA2 was last Jun 30th we should get something next week. :clock:

AOS 2017: 

2/2/2017: AOS, AED and AP sent to USCIS Chicago via Fedex

2/6/2017: AOS, AED and AP received and signed. 

2/10/2017: Fingerprint fee received

2/14/2017: NOA1 received through text and email

2/14/2017: Cheque was encashed

2/17/2017: NOA1 hard copies received for AOS, AED and AP via mail. 

2/21/2017: Called USCIS to update DOB on AED due to typo error on NOA1 hard copy received.

3/11/2017: DOB updated in AED

3/11/2017: Biometric letter received via mail. 

3/21/2017: Biometric scheduled and DONE in York, PA.

4/26/2017: Called USCIS for service request on AED since Its more than (75 days). Rep provided a reference #.

4/27/2017: (AED)Service request completed

5/3/2017: (AED) Card Is Being Produced 

5/8/2017: Approval notice for both AED and AP received through mail. 

5/8/2017: Card Was Mailed To Me 

5/10/2017: Combo Card (AED & AP) received

6/24/2017: (Greencard) Card is being Produced | NO INTERVIEW
