Hey guys i have no idea what to do after NOA2 so apparently i will wait for my case to be forwarded to NVC and get my case number..but then what?? Am i sending anything to NVC? I know my fiance needs to fill out this affidavit of support but there are two different types of form that i ve seen..i864 and i134..which one is the correct form?

Question--is anyone with an NOA2 filling out their DS-160 before the petition gets to the NVC? I saw someone on the March forum had filled out one before it got to the NVC, but didn't know if this was okay for all or just certain countries.

I'm not sure how it works for other countries, but I think that for the UK you can fill it out and save it and then as soon as you get your case number from NVC you can submit it. I think that it what my fiance plans to do- he has filled it out in the past for a work visa and says that it takes ages to complete so he figured he might as well have it done now so we don't waste any time once we have our case number! lol

Are there any others out there still waiting on NOA2? 97 days now.....cant get an answer on the phone number I found, its all automated. Does anyone have a number I can try so I can see if they at least still have my petition there and it hasn't been lost!!!! :clock: didn't think it would be taking this long

I filled a long time ago when I got my NOA2. THe only number the DS160 asks you about the process its the USCIS case number (it specifically says USCIS).

I have not had my interview yet but I'm not worried, I don't think I will have any problems.

Haha! I mean, listen, I don't know what you want from me -- I'd have absolutely no reason to make this up.

True, neither of us have heard of other K1 cases going through the PSC, so we're guessing it's a new/experimental thing. It completely freaked her out for the last three months, since she kept Googling PSC and no one else's K1 was going through there. But the fact of the matter is: it did, and they got their NOA2 on July 8th, and now are received at NVC.

Theirs was not an expedite -- it really must just be because it went through the Potomac Service Center! Maybe they're experimenting with using it as another routing center!

Interesting that other centers are processing K1s. My guess would have been your friends have a special/different/complicated case, however it seems this wasn't the case, given they already had their NOA2 approved.

I wouldn't take this case as an example of what a CSC filer can expect. So far the latest CSC NOA2 approved that has made it to NVC is dated June 23. I believe just like with NOA2, NVC received dates are going SOMEWHAT in order.

If this darn NVC # comes thru before Thurs. Gonna shoot for the same day Aug 8th.... from reading on the Forum if you have the interview on a Monday(And get an Approval) and have you Visa sent to Mall of Asia.. If every this as plan.. :oops: .... should have VISA in hand Friday.... But we all know how that goes but 4 of the last 5 cases i followed have been like this..

Hey guys....if your NOA2 is on or around June 23 call NVC....my fiance called around 9:30am and they told him wait 6 weeks...I called myself abou 20mins ago and they received our package abt an hour or two ago. No case number yet but they have it. Call and check yours cuz they seem to have gotten a bulk shipment this morning!
