Rose has been here in Texas.. for the 3 Days... Currently its 6pm central time,, and she is sleep.. Adjusting to the time change.. she still working on it.. but handling it like a champ..

Now she will be up 2am talking to me and I have to go to work in the AM... wouldn't trade it for nothing in the world (maybe for 47 billion PHP) It would be a hard decision :rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

I've been monitoring status as we had our interview a few hours ago. Haven't heard from Thin-Thin yet, But I saw the status change online from immigrant to non-immigrant and the dates changed. So I know she passed!! She can't call me me yet as she left her cell at her brothers house in Malabon. :dance::yes::dance:

Now I'll be sweating the "visa in hand".

  • 04/27/16 ✔ I-129F Packet Sent to Lewisville, TX Lock Box via USPS Overnight EXPRESS Mail.✔
  • 04/28/16 ✔ Delivered by USPS AT 11:39AM. Delivery Confirmation via email by USPS.
  • 05/02/16 ✔ Check Cashed Electronically (No text or email received with the notification)
  • 05/03/16 ✔ Email & Text stating paperwork was received on 04/28, accepted and rerouted to CSC.
  • 05/12/16 ✔ Called USCIS to request a hard-copy of NOA1 which was not received (Original NOA1 was never received or located).
  • 05/29/16 ✔ Actually finally received NOA1 hard-copy after numerous calls after USPS returned 2nd NOA1 as being undeliverable.
  • 07/08/16 ✔ NOA2 APPROVED!! All the apps started going off one after the other. Last notice I received is the text from USCIS.
  • 07/12/16 ✔ Hard Copy of NOA2 received!
  • 07/14/16 ✔ Received email at 2217hrs of "POST DECISION ACTIVITY" regarding file being forwarded from USCIS to NVC.
  • 07/27/16 ✔ NVC received petition packet.
  • 07/28/16 ✔ NVC issues MNL-2016-710-@@@
  • 07/28/16 ✔ Visa paid for K1 & K2
  • 07/28/16 ✔ Mailed out Petition Packet with all documents to K1 via FEDEX (COST $221.00!!!)
  • 07/29/16 ✔ IN TRANSIT to USEM, Manila, Philippines
  • 08/02/16 ✔ File received and 'READY' at US Embassy, Manila Philippines. (08/01/2016 US)
  • 08/11/16 ✔ CENOMAR & NBI in hand.
  • 08/16/16 ✔ Medical scheduled for K1 & K2 at St Lukes
  • 08/17/16 ✔ Medical with OB/GYN COMPLETED
  • 08/18/16 ✔ CFO Seminar COMPLETED & Return for shots and TB results for K2

Hi all, does the USCIS app update when they've sent the paperwork to NVC or is it just a case of waiting for the letter with the reference number?

Hi! No the USCIS app won't update again. So it is either wait for the letter or call NVC to obtain your number. You will probably want to call. I called NVC on 7/29 and received my number after a NOA2 date of 7/12. I didn't receive my NVC letter until 8/18.

4/23/16 -Mailed I129F

4/28/16 -N0A1 Text & Email received

5/2/16 -Hard copy of N0A1 received

7/12/16 -NOA2 Text & Email received (hard copy rcvd 7/15/16)

9/5/16 -Medical

9/20/16 -Interview (approved!)

10/31/16 -POE @ LAX

11/11/16 -Wedding!!

12/12/16 -AOS/EAD/AP packet mailed

12/13/16 -AOS/EAD/AP packet delivered

Yes definitely call!! We were able to book and attend medical and book the interview before we even received our NVC letter (got the number weeks ago by calling and only got the letter last week!)

K1 PROCESS-

4/13/16: I-129F sent to Lockbox

4/14/16: USCIS Receipt Date

4/19/16: NOA 1 text/ email; case sent to CSC

7/14/16: NOA 2 text/ email & Post Decision Activity Email

7/29/16: NVC Received Case

8/01/16: NVC assigned case number

8/08/16: Medical Interview

8/23/16: Consulate Interview

9/05/16: Visa Delivered

9/06/16: POE

AOS PROCESS-

9/17/16: AOS/ EAD/ AP Paperwork Sent
