I believe this Post Decision Activity means they are actually mailing our I-129F packages to NVC, as we all have noticed while waiting our NOA2 to be sent from Texas Lockbox to California Service Center nothing is first come first serve and it appears they do everything by bulk batches especially when it comes to moving our packages from location to location. This is why we all seem to get notices and action near the same time in bulk with no similar processing dates. The "your petition may take up to 2-6 weeks to deliver" cookie cutter response is referring to the time from NOA2 till arrival at NVC, it is an automatic response they give when they see your package has not been delivered yet, I'm willing to bet even if it has been 10 weeks already they will still respond with "your petition may take up to 2-6 weeks to deliver" they are brainwashed to say that no matter what to everyone i think lol

this makes sense to me, i will follow your timeline to see how thing goes. Keep us updated.

If that email does actually mean the application has been sent and they send them in bulk. Then I guess I got in just in time as my application was approved, then less than 1 hour later I got the post decision activity email

Seems to soon... But who even knows what's going on there.

All I know is people are getting this post decision activity as if uscis was sending the petition, but the latest NOA2 being received at NVC (as far as we know from VJ) is from June 17th at the moment. I'm starting to believe that email means nothing. Maybe since it's a new feature of the system is not quite accurate or maybe it's just BS so we don't bother USCIS with our inquiries.

I am not an April filer but another VJ member told us about these post decision activity emails being sent out to approval dates 6/25 and later...

I saw someone posted the post decision activity email they received and it was the same exact email i got.

I'm a January filer And was approved June 8th 2016 and on June 9th 2016 I received this same exact post decision activity email and i am only a few days away from my 6 weeks to be up and NVC still has not received my petition from USCIS.

Did anyone get an email after their approval date stating this post decision activity? Maybe they are back logged and the emails are being sent out late. I do not think that the post decision activity email means the petition was sent out to NVC on that date they sent it to you. Because I got mine right after my noa2 on June 9th and it would've been there by now if they did send it on that date but then again idk.

I was told to wait 6 weeks before scanning and emailing a copy of my noa2 to NVC, so I will keep you guys updated if that indeed is the case that it does actually takes upto 6 weeks. Other people with June 13 noa2s have already gotten to NVC so I think it's based off your luck of which agent decides when to send your case out. No clue.

Just thought I would share
