Hey guys,

I see that some of us are asking about NVC case numbers - I think around the 3 week mark should be a good time to start. My US fiance called twice - the first time they said the petition isn't in the building yet and it should arrive by the end of this week to middle of next week.....and the second time he called (yesterday) they gave him the generic "wait 6 weeks" response.

We are already at a little over 2 weeks of having our NOA2 so I am hoping that the statistics of getting the number about 2-3 weeks after NOA2 is correct. We will start calling again this coming Thursday, which is our 3 week mark....and I will be sure to let you guys know so that those who were approved around June 23rd can get a heads up.

Congrats to all subsequent NOA2 approvals so far and best of luck to all April filer couples Xx

03/11/16 - Engaged!

09/27/16 – Interview Date – Approved

10/13/16 – POE Houston

12/22/16 - HAPPILY MARRIED!!!!

01/09/17 - AOS/EAD/AP filed

01/23/17 - NOA1 texts and emails received

01/27/17 - NOA1 hardcopies received

02/11/17 - Biometrics appointment letter received

02/21/17 - Biometrics appointment

04/17/17 - EAD status changed to New Card Being Produced

04/21/17 - NOA2 hardcopies for EAD and AP received

04/26/17 - EAD/AP combo card received

05/26/17 - RFE Received (I-485)

06/12/17 - RFE Response Received at Houston Field office

06/22/17 - I-485 approved, Card being produced

06/29/17 - Hardcopy I-485  approval notice received

A lot of April I-129Fs were recently processed. Ours got an RFE because I forgot to include translation of her divorce documents. Good luck to all!

Hi guys, I just got a weird update through the app. Our NOA2 date is June 27, but I literally just got an update from the app saying "Post Decision Activity". Then it says "For approved petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State". So this reiterates the '3-week-til-NVC-number' - I think I will start calling on Thursday!

To anyone awaiting their NOA2 - HANG IN THERE, it will come when you least expect it, I am rooting for all of you.

To anyone who has had their NOA2 - what next? I know there are forums on here and guides I have been reading with a fine tooth comb, but can anyone provide a comprehensive list of what they have been doing to prepare for the next step? And a realistic time frame for my POE? (I am dealing with London embassy!)

British Airways have a MEGA sale on, I wish I could book my flight over now in preparation for joining my boo!

Thanks all.
