We can't help but think something is wrong. There are way too many people who filed after us getting approved, and we have heard nothing. Always wondering if our case was misplaced, or worse. Maybe its just the anticipation of what's to come clouding the reality of what really is. Somebody tell us again that it is completely normal for cases to be approved out-of-order, because at this point it seems off balance. We need that assurance.

I feel your pain, I've been following this thread and looking on Igor's list and it's really disheartening to wake up every day and not have an approval yet. I'm so happy for everyone else who has been approved though truly I am, I'm just getting impatient and want some good news too! Praying it won't be too much longer now

We also have noa1 of April 12th. Gets somewhat discouraging but we have to have faith. My fiancé is more worried and stressed than I am but I understand how you feel for sure.

What do your estimated dates say on your profile?

VJ does advice to call USCIS only PAST the 2nd date; and if it is, maybe you can get answers as to why it's taking so long.

If it's not, then there's absolutely nothing to worry about, visas are always a patient game unfortunately!

And again, super congratulations to the ones who got approved, it's a great step already onto the next ones ;-)

Ok...I think we've established that cases are processed out of order. Here is a question that has yet to be asked / answered.

The California Service Center hours of operation are M-F 8-5:30 PST. My USCIS Case Status app (Android phone) updates cases and pings my phone throughout the night and early morning hours.

Is this a result of the cases replicating across the USCIS servers after hours, or are there serious lags in the app itself? Maybe there are top-secret immigration fairies that input all of the data at night.

Don't feel bad we have the RFE CLUB in March waiting I waited 113 for approval RFE at 94 days. Marchers are still waiting approvals.

It's nothing personal from USCIS PART they have no set order March established that when late March cases were approved prior to early ones.

And there are December January and February still waiting. They def have problems over at USCIS....

BTW MY CASE APPROVED ON SATURDAY....THEY ARE WORKING OVERTIME

I feel for you all early april filers that haven't been approved yet. I think that's all of us biggest fear being the ones left behind. However after following march thread from the beggining, and the late approvals of february, same happened to them. Every month is the same. And guess what, a week or two weeks after everybody got their approvals. I know its hard and I know I'm telling you this from the other side... but all your worries will go away in the next week, max two. Don't waste your precious time being worried! Get prepared for the next stage, leave all your things in order for when you move or your fiance/e moves.

Let's go back to being the positive bunch we were!!

I think i've read your message twice or thrice, and i'm happy i did. We will all get there. Just keep on being patient guys.

I know each day it's getting harder specially when we're missing our fiance(e)s but we will end this distance soon! Let's keep our heads up! And our faith even higher!

I blame it on USCIS fairy latency, they have a ping of 28800000ms (8 hours) lol

Judging on the burst of approvals over the past 2-3 days, I do believe they are working overtime to catch up, I noticed the past 2 days there were 4x more approvals than typical average day. I still believe CSC are receiving batches once a week from USCIS then dumping the batches into a single bin with all the previous unprocessed petitions, then grabbing random petitions like a lotto. Maybe they have one of those lotto barrels they spin to mix up then open the door and grab a lucky winner!

Me & my fiance got a RFE on the 24th when we did the paperwork we didnt explain 100% that we met on okcupid we just said we met online etc... So we got the rfe on the mail yesterday and it says they need proof that the pge is not an IMB... We re already working on the info to send the RFE back to Cali with the information they requested.
