Thanks Kandikandi Houston we finally have a "GO" i repeat we have a "Go" for launch But got the it could take up to 2 weeks to get a case #.... will call bck later tonight about 8pm

LONDONERS. I just booked my visa interview online at the embassy last night for the start of September (this is the earliest they had!) Almost a whole month after my medical appointment. Just letting

Whoa. I did not expect that.

Okay, so my NOA1 date was 4/25 and I confirmed through USCIS web site just now that ours have been approved. Without the actual NOA in my hand, I'm guessing that means the NOA2 date is 6/28--naturally, right? In any case, I'll update my timeline for 6/28 NOA2. Good for me, eh?

Don't worry everybody, yours are on the way!

I got the text around 10:30 pm EST to my phone -- so excited!!

NOA1: April 12th

NOA2: June 28th

2015

July 9: First Date in London

2016

March 1: Belated Leap Day Engagement

Mar 26: Mailed I-129f packet to Dallas Lockbox via Tracked Royal Mail from England

July 25: Case # Assigned {4 months since Mailing Day back in March!}
August 1: 'Ready' Status at the Embassy!
September 8: Interview Date!
November 22: Courthouse Wedding date (North Carolina)
December: Filed for Adjustment of Status
2017

May 19: Big Fat American Wedding date (Maryland)

July: Green Card Received!

2019

July: Filed for Removal of Conditions

July: 18-month Extension Received

happy.. NOA1 April 13, NOA2 June 28th.. so happy you have no idea. I called her and woke her up to tell her... this is so amazing I can't wait to get this finished :)

04/07/16: NOA1 Text & E-Mail. Case sent to CSC

2016-04-20: NOA1 E-mail received. Routed to CSC for processing.

2016-07-13: NOA2 App Notification. (84 days)

2016-07-19: NOA2 Hard Copy Rec'd

NVC:

2016-07-28: NVC case received

2016-07-29: NVC case #

2016-08-02: NVC left to Embassy (In Transit)

Embassy:

2016-08-04: Case is "READY"

2016-09-07: Medical exam

2016-09-12: Interview (APPROVED)

2016-10-01: JFK POE (Ticket booked)

its my first time posting here.. im an april filer.. april 6 exact.. its been 84 days since noa1 and i still dont have any news...

just trying to cheer up im having mix emotions while waiting lol

MEETING

12 March 2012: Met Dyn at a coffee shop in Kuwait

Summer 2012: I returned home to the U.S. to prepare a way for Dyn

Fall 2014: Dyn returns home to Philippines after seven years in Kuwait

ANNULMENT

February 2014: Engaged while I visited Philippines

March 2014: Officially hired attorney and filed for Dyn's annulment in Bohol, Philippines

December 2015: Bohol District Court issues decision in our favor

December 2015: Judge sends transcript of his decision to OSG for processing

February 05 2016: OSG returned receipt and approval to district court in Bohol. CoF to be issued end of second week in February

February 09 2016: Dyn is presented with the Entry of Judgment and her Certificate of Finality via the local court.

February 15 2016: LCR issues annotated marriage certificate, and necessary documents are forwarded to the NSO / PSA visa LBC

April 19 2016: Received CENOMAR and Annotated MC from PSA via private courier. DONE! COMPLETE! FINISHED! OFFICIAL!

I-129F / K1 VISA APPLICATION PROCESS

April 04 2016: I-129F sent to Texas Lockbox via USPS Priority Mail

April 12 2016: Email from USCIS acceptance confirmation

April 17 2016: Official NOA1 hard copy received

July 12 2016: NOA2 Approval hard copy received

July 14 2016: Post Decision Activity email from USCIS

THE LONG WAIT (USCIS misplaced approved petition)

September 16 2016: NVC received approved I-129F petition and assigns case number

INTERVIEW / MEDICAL PROCESS

October 04 2016: Day 1 of medical at SLEC in Manila

October 05 2016: Psychiatric evaluation off-site due to psychological incapacity annulment (10 hour eval with 800 question profile test)

October 13 2016: CFO Seminar completed successfully and certificate awarded (CFO stamp not issued until visa is presented).

October 20 2016: Return to SLEC complete psychological evaluation with resident psychologist (less than ten minutes)

October 21 2016: Vaccination day at SLEC (medical finally complete)

October 25 2016: Visa interview at USEM in Manila (APPROVED)

HOMECOMING

November 19 2016: Dyn's arrival at POE Dulles IAD in Washington DC

December 01 2016: Married

Congratulations!!! Same receipt date as ours- anxious with anticipation now

Aww how exciting for all the new approvals! My heart is in my mouth waiting for our approval! The 7 before mine and 3 after have all been approved so I'm keeping my fingers and toes crossed for an approval soon ? I can't wait to be with my fiancé ☺️

Its painful to watch others after us get approved.

MEETING

I know it's so frustrating, its just the luck of the draw I guess. But I'm also very happy for them because I know I'm going to leaping about like a lunatic when our approval comes through hahaha so can only imagine how they must be feeling :)
